Don’t bother trynna work here, the people are rude, you won’t make no type of work friends.. and if they don’t like you in the first week they silent fire you, but makes it seem like you no called no show.. and the pay SUCKS

This store is pretty good. Only complaint is the meats. I bought meat from here and the top layer was good. When I returned home to cook the meat was borderline rotten. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth so to speak. Everything else is good. Prices are a bit high but still low enough to be locally competitive.

Great, wonderful, place to go buy groceries, awesome food, friendly service, always willing to help service you are anyone coming in or leaving store, they always bring buggy to car, unload the groceries, put them in car and always say thank you, I should be thanking that person instead due to all the help I receive while shopping, their cashier's stand at at end of aisle, answering any Q you might have, always willing to help, even calling someone to help you. Employees are helpful. Had one cashier give me dirty looks and I told management. They we're very kind. Problem is this wasn't the first time and I did tell them about it before. Hopefully it will stop now.

I like piggy wiggly meat section. They some items that you don't find in the other stores. They seem to have fresh cuts and the meat is quality. They are local as well.

The store and products were fine, but the cashier Mel needs training because I was never greeted at the register and even after I paid for my purchase, I wasn't even THANKED. Is this the new customer service at Piggly Wiggly in Opelousas

Day before went there had a basket full of groceries get to check out and I was asked how I would be paying. I said food stamps cashier tells me food stamp line is out. So I ask her how long it's been out she said a couple of hours. So I ask her why they didn't have a sign on the door about it. Her reply was management doesn't allow it. Then I say I can't get my basket full without food stamps. She says well you have to put it all back. I did not put it back I felt it was their responsibility because I had no way of knowing food stamp line was out because there wasn't sign on the door

What can you say about the Pig. It's been the same since the store opened many years ago. They have everything you need in the store and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

Racist staff (especially those in higher positions). Employees (cashiers) go to work high. Not welcoming at all.I'll just stick to Wal-Mart!!!!!!!
