So I went to buy oil and filter and sparkplug and I asked 2 of the associates helped me what they gave me was a box with 3 bottles of oil and 1 filter for $65 so I asked if I had everything I asked for they said yes wll I didn't have any air filter or spark plugs they took my money for just oil that would cost me half and oil filter so they should have told me I could have gotten it cheaper separately no spark plug and airfilter it i end up paying $100 do not buy an oil kit from them or you will get ripped off

I come in this store enough I probably pay the light bill...anywho...they always ask for my phone number at check out, I always tell them no thank you...and every single time the ladies that work the front will start mumbling under their breath, getting mouthy and disgruntled all because I refuse to give them my phone number ...tractor supply...you don't need my phone number to purchase anything...please stop asking n making a big deal about it

I try to avoid Tractor Supply in Oakdale. It's not exactly a welcoming or over friendly environment and the store may have 2 or 3 other customers at any given time. I'm honestly surprised it has stayed in business for this long in this fine town of Oakdale.

I was not greeted when coming in the store even though there were 2 employees in the front. Then as I looked around for what I wanted I heard one older lady talking to a male employee complaining about the night shift employees with cursing. And when I finally asked for help the older lady pointed down an isle and had an attitude like I was bothering her or she didn't have time for me.

TSC it's always great. Prices aren't the lowest, but items are pretty much a good buy as they are dependable! Love the farm animal food and fencing items that are available. Got most of what I need and prizes are pretty decent!

I'm very disappointed in this particularl store. Just last night I went to the Eunice, La store and was beyond pleased with my experience there. I was unable to find what I needed but because it took 4 people to give one customers her refund I was unable to get any help. Once I finally found everything else I needed I went to check out but since the refund was still not given I had to wait 15 min behind her. Once 5 other customers got behind me in line the other register opened upamd I was forced iinto the very back of the lijr as if the line had been reversed allowing those who had jist walked in to go in front of me and the lady behind me who had been there almost as long as me. I am not often upset about this rype of scenario but I am furious ajd refuse to five this store any more of my business. Good luck shopping there.

Super friendly staff. Not very knowledgeable when it comes to animals, they are just retail workers. Tractor supply can be on the more expensive side of things but they have odball items you can't find anywhere else.

Professionalism is not one of the strong suits at this business. I would really like to discuss the issue with the district manager or corporate so it can be addressed at the Oakdale Louisiana store.

The cashier acted like she owned the darn place and tried to argue with me that plant bulbs wouldn't be out at this time of year, knowing damn well this queen here knows about plants!!! That ruined everything. And they need some help obviously because the place was a pigsty.
