I have been to many Walmart stores in several states, and have enjoyed shopping in each one! I like the variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grain breads and crackers, Boathouse Farm juices, plant-based milks and soy products, as well as health care and beauty items. It is also a good store in which to find both fresh and artificial flowers throughout the year. Walmarts can be found across America in both small and large cities, as well as the major metropolitan areas. Bargains are found here daily by many people. Great customer service has been given in the stores I have shopped in. I appreciate the effort that is put in by all who work at Walmart to make shopping easier and enjoyable! Thanks, Walmart!! 👍🏽👍🏽

Louisiana Walmart Store Managers need to do more to get LYSOL AREOSOL & ALCOHOL w/ALOE VERA CLOROX BLEACH 2 for Whites...come on man it FUBAR I can go to TEXAS to get it but I can't get it here. We need our regular supplies..they still make these products so what's the hold up?The 1st pic is Walmart in CARROLLTON, TX. The other 2 belong to the Walmart Supercenter on Louisiville in Monroe.

This Walmart should be a negative star. DO NOT buy their filet mignon steaks they are the worst in the business. DO NOT expect them to honor their 100% Money Back Guarantee they're a rip off. Would you pay $18 lb for this. They hide it on back and it makes it so tough and gives it awful taste you can't eat it. Manager is rude and lies.

I spoke with Ciara at online order/pickup who walked me through everything. I later spoke with Robbie, regarding an earlier pickup who immediately confirmed & delivered. I was then led to Wesley. Ciara, Robbie, & Wesley were professional, kind, & compassionate. MY BEST WALMART EXPERIENCE EVER!!

I hear people complain all the time but to be honest, the Oak Grove WalMart is great. The employees are always helpful, they keep it stocked as well as possible. It’s always clean. The grocery pickup is always great & the employees that bring out the groceries & load them for me have always been friendly & are careful loading everything. No complaints at all.

The employees were friendly!I absolutely loved the size of the store. Not too big, not too small.I am grateful that it was in my path of travels as a trucker with ample room for me to get in and out of the parking lot with q semi-truck and trailer.

I usually love Walmart in any area. This particular one in Oak Grove, La was accommodating, staff was friendly and helpful. I found what I needed on the different aisles . I would definitely visit again.

It was a strange experience. I've never been inside a Walmart that doesn't have a jewelry counter & the shoe department is next to the lingerie and women underwear. It was great seeing familiar faces and friends I hadn't seen in decades.

Small town so don’t expect the Walmart to be diverse in staffing, mostly Caucasian people that just stare in a profiling way without a smile or offer to find an item, which was frightening since they have their entrance as one way in and one way out due to “work on their carpet”. Overall clean store with limited in store selected products mostly in stock online.

Very disappointed in the poor customer service. We bought a product (straight talk) that did not work. At the time of purchase we had to wait 10min for an employee to come open the cupboard another customer also came to complain as he was also waiting a long time at the firearm section. They were unwilling to give us a refund because on the packaging it says non-refundable, but if it's a defective product I feel they should still be able to give a refund. We had previously used the same package on the same phone and it did work, this one didn't. The manager's attitude and customer service was really horrible and she didn't want to resolve the issue in any way.

Shelves always empty with items waiting to be stocked on every aisle. Staff not familiar with layout of store when asked where to find anything and can never find employees in the dept they're assigned to when needed. Store operating hours not as posted with opening later than the 6am store hours of operation and the customer service desk usually shut down before the 8pm closing time. No checkouts with a cashier available anymore with self checkout only option for shoppers making it inconvenient for some in-store transactions.

Walmart is a top provider for many and most quality products. This Walmart offers optical services which in my experience at this location is top notch better than any I've had in 42 years and I have been wearing vision wear and contacts since 2nd grade. As far as shopping goes this location is like most Walmart stores busy but you can usually find most any products here. The pharmacy has so much to work on. I have trouble with almost all of my experience with them and medication is very important to us who depend on it to live a caring experience as well when you are sick.

It was awful. went at 6pm. Only 2 registers to check out. Stood in line over 30 minutes. If I could have left what I had I would have walked out. Wish I never have to goo back. You can do better. I will put one star, but feel it should be a negative star. I hate it.

I love picking up my groc.,but sometimes I can't get everything I wanted, or what they pick in produced I my pick something a little better or fresher other than those small disappointments it's pretty great not to go in and spend all that time on shopping around for everything so yes I can say is very nice .Thank yall.😊

Rearranging store n can't find anything or it's out of stock. Just about have to use self checkout. No cashier's available and I spend around $600 to $800 a week and self checkout would be impossible for me. The tobacco checkout only one available in until 9 or so and they seem putout ringing me up. I went to pharmacy only real reason I went to oak Grove instead of another neighboring Walmart.

Always out of many items that they used to keep stocked. Items in wrong place or prices incorrectly. Hot in store, sweating while trying to shop and dinging sounds every aile I go past is annoying. And it keeps dinging while trying to shop constantly makes me not want to ever go to Walmart for anything. It's getting to where I go elsewhere to shop.

Day shift does great. However, the night shift is super lazy, useless, and would rather talk amongst themselves than check someone out. Please tell me why there are no self checkouts and no one that wants to check people out. The night shift crew think that you should wait on them to finish talking before they check you out. No one is ever at there station whether I need a phone, game, a bike off the rack, or in a dressing room. Guaranteed it'll take you a minimal of 45 mins to get any item listed in the previous sentence.

Waited @ electronics 20 mins. 5or 6 aisles of pet products but one maybe two variety of items. Lawn mower battery NO. Battery Jumpstart one. BIG one over 50. So tired of NO DISCOUNT Items.

I drove 30 miles top pick up emergency money family sent me and got there at 6:30 pm and there customer service was closed they closed at 5. It took me about 2 hours but finally the manager was able to let me get my money. I understand them being short staffed but u should always have someone there to keep customer service open either that or let there csms do it especially in a situation like mine. They know but wasnt allowed to anymore they said . times are tough but come on yall are Walmart sam would disappointed.
