Pretty terrible since they started running 1 register at a time and forcing people through self checkout. Self checkout is laid out horribly, so even if you want to use it there is no way to get in and out past the other poor souls who are crammed in there fighting the error messages, also. Pharmacy has been sold to Walgreens and constantly has long lines taking upwards of 20 mins. Prescriptions are repeatedly not ready for pickup despite receiving email and text notifications that they are. Don't want to slight the employees who are usually friendly and doing what they can, but whatever the hell corporate is doing is not geared towards getting people in and out smoothly. My average time in the store has gone from 10 mins to 30+ all from waiting in lines.

Today was my first day seeing it and it is worth it. They have a lot to offer and sell at a reasonable price. Sure, go to Walmart to get what they don't have, but also go to Super Fresh to buy up most of the groceries.

This store is always well stocked, clean, and fast and friendly service at check out. That in itself is hard to find these days. Much better and fresher produce than the big box stores.

The young people bringing in the grocery carts are very kind and willing to assist with your needs. I have difficulty walking from my car to the store because of disabilities. When I arrive at the market, there is more often than not a young person gathering carts . I kindly ask if they could bring one of the motorized shopping carts out to my car for me. Without hesitation and with a polite "yes mam" they will take care of my request. 5 ***** to the customer service providers!!!

First time going there (2-4-23), the store is clean, well stocked & the employees are kind & friendly, if they see you looking for something they ask if you need help to find something; I almost asked if I was still in Louisiana. Stores like Super 1 Foods are few & way too far in between, thank you Super 1 for your caring ways. 😃❤

I drive all the way from Saint francisville for the sales and the fact they carry some items I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Employees are always super friendly and very efficient. Will continue to do my shopping here. Worth the drive.

I’ve been going to super 1 early on the weekends for like a year now but the past couple months every weekend morning self checkout is the only one open. I don’t have a problem with checking myself out but super 1 has the most aggravating, annoying, and stupid self checkout ever and there should be at least ONE register open to give people a dang option. Then they have one little girl trying to help four people at each self checkout at the same time it’s ridiculous and they’ve lost my business. DONT SHOP HERE ON WEEKEND MORNINGS UNLESS YOU PLAN TO CHECK YOURSELF OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I visited the New Roads location yesterday for the first time. What a pleasant shopping experience! The store was so clean and organized! I sought help from several employees while shopping, all friendly and very helpful. One young man, Brandon, helped me several times and went out of his way to find me what I needed. Best customer service ever. The checkout experience was quick and the cashier was extremely friendly and pleasant! Thank you! Will definitely be back.

Great store and awesome sales! Has a much larger selection of items than Walmart and quite a few things that are a little harder to find. Also a much better selection of meats and choice cuts of beef, pork, chicken and even fresh seafood! Staff is welcoming and courteous.

Staff overall is friendly and eager to help. I often scan items with Walmarts app and find Super 1 to be a close. A few items are even much less. Weekly sales on premium meat. Well maintained produce. Overall a clean well managed store with good prices where most of our groceries are purchased.

Very neat store and their Pharmacy department staff go beyond and above to assist their customers.The store staff is amazing and very helpful in everyway. There have never been a time that I was looking for an item there that a store associate was right there-- willing to assist me, their deli and food are the best for lunches.A+🤗🤚MANY THANKS SUPER ONE‼️

I wasn't sure if I was going to like Super 1 when they replaced Winn-Dixie, but it actually has been an improvement. Prices compete with Wal-Mart AND, best of all, the wine selection! Wow. The beer selection isn't quite up to the wine, though. The blue plate lunches are great. I think the Berkshires brand is one of the best "value brands" or "store brands" I've encountered.

My favorite place to go grocery shopping when I have the opportunity! The store has items I can't find anywhere else on this side of the river, saving me a trip into Baton Rouge a lot of the time! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable!

They have a wonderful fruit and vegetable section. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh. The employees are very polite and curious. Their prices are just a few cents higher than Wal-Mart on most things. The meat sales are amazing, but the beef section needs some work. I usually shop the weekly sales. They have a pharmacy that is usually cheaper than Wal-Mart. I use the Goodrx app. The prescription prices are a lot cheaper than using Medicare.

Store is hard to find items , had to walk every isle to find all my items. They jam their own brand on you at all points. It's off brand shopping at big brands prices.Also ONLY stores branded milk selection. No Klienpeters or Bordens brand milk.When it was Winn-Dixie I loved it over Walmart now I'm back to Walmart. Sorry Super1 foods not my kinda store
