Ole Mary think she own the store. She’s a manager who can’t run a damn thing. Do not work here. Racism is a must and this manager is forever trying to get you fired or put in a bad place. While she screws the co workers. If someone would to get an inspector there, that place would fail with flying colors.

The burger was really put together and wrapped well, looks like someone took their time to make it look nice. Unfortunately, it wasn't as hot as it should have been, actually pretty cool. The tots were nice and hot, and they came through when I asked for light ice in the drink. The Sonic blast was the disappointment. Half of the candy was laying on top, by the time I got to the bottom third, it was all gone. The whipped topping on top wasn't worth it either, 40 cents for a tablespoon of cool whip is too much.

The quality of food is good, however cashier closed window mid sentence without giving change back, I would have given a tip if not for that. If you are going to order here give them exact change.

Tried to order three wacky packs and a couple other things. They asked about the wacky packs four different times while ordering.. Still only came out with one wacky pack and wanted to charge me again for the additional two because they continued to not comprehend a simple order. Three chicken strip wacky packs, all with fries and rootbeers. It was said four times. How hard is it to know the difference between one and three? It is like that every single time, guess it's time to stop going to sonic. 🤷🏼♀️

Slow service, 10 mins to place an order and waving down an employee. Order was so messed up. Never got the food, it took 20 mins to get the refund (which the kid promised went back on the car) Yanna the manager refused to assist at all and didnt even bother coming out of the building to try at fix the issue. When i asked who the manager was, no one seemed to know who they worked for. (Conveniently forgotten) I would avoid this place unless you had no other option to eat at. Gas station chicken salad sandwich in the back of the cooler past expiration date would be a better option.

Really?! 25 minutes wait for 2 drinks?? No food. Just 2 drinks. Had to stop someone to ask what the heck is going on. Still nothing but shrugs. So I ask for a manager. Told I wanted a refund and he had the nerve to ask me what I ordered. I left without my money or my drinks. I will deal with the charge through my bank.

Placed our order on the speaker. Then an employee comes out and says she’s there to take our order. Listens to the whole order again then presses the button and walks off. Someone comes on the speaker to take our order for a 3rd time. We told her we placed our order with the girl who came out. Then another person shows up at the window to take the order again. We left. I called to see what was going on and the Manager, Mary said she didn’t know what went wrong and was very argumentative. I told her when someone came out she said she was there to take our order. That’s where it went wrong. She still insisted she didn’t know what went wrong and was very rude! Very disappointed in Mary’s response in the capacity of Manager.

They were Pretty Fast , The Food was fresh, & As busy as they were. You'd think that they would get behind. Thaty would possibly be Very slow. As An Ex Waitress, I Know once a place gets busy , Your working, Doing the best you can to stay caught up, If a mistake is made, Or If it's extremely Overpack with Customers. It can get very overwhelming, However Even as Busy as they were, The Food came out Very quickly, For them to be so busy, & The Food was good as Well

Absolutely the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Waiting for 15 minutes after placing order. Was able to see our food sitting there waiting for a car hop to bring it out. Had to ask for manager to refund charge to debit card in order for her to bring food to us. Food was cold by the time we received it.

We spent 30 dollars today at sonic and we ordered the crispy chicken sandwhich and the sonic cheeseburger. The chicken sandwhich wasn’t bad but it was falling apart. We waited till we got home to eat the cheeseburger and it looked like it was made 2 hours ago the cheese was stuck to the back of the bun and was dried out. Very disappointed.

I'll give it a 2 star only because they tried fixing my cheese tots twice. The first one came out cold and soggy. Second one came out just tots. Third time they came out they was hot but still soggy with very little cheese. I see why they are handing out join our team papers. This sonic sucks.

Most of the food in this particular Sonic is not good. The onion rings are usually always hot but kinda taste like a funnel cake. However I do come here for their drinks like the cherry limeades, root beer floats, and shakes. However, I had chili cheese fries from here a couple of days ago and those were surprisingly not bad.

I just went to in New Roads LA, between 3:15 & 3:30 PM , Friday afternoon. I ordered a hamburger and fries, no speciL instructions. Got homestart to eat and discover this. Burger has no mayonaise nor any other condomints! If these employees were trained before being allowed to work in the kitchen, they need to be retrained or fired! VERY dissatisfied customer!

I had to repeat my order multiple times and it still wasn't right on the screen. The person taking my order was pretty much whispering into the mic, so I could barely hear him. After the third round of awkward silence, I just left. I almost wanted to order anyway, just to see how much disappointment this place could produce.

My Wife and I just left there and the food was disgusting, tots cold and had no taste, and both sandwiches were burnt. They should hire an entire crew for each shift and train them correctly. They used to be on the money but not anymore.

We ordered a large chili cheese tots and we got cheese tots no chili I thought to my self ok they made a mistake so told them about the problem sonic had the nerve to bring me a cup with about two teaspoon of chili for a large tot I said he'll no I'm not going to put cold chili on my tots that yall made the mistake on so I told them their solution is unacceptable and they netter make me a new one

Terrible Terrible. We spent $50. Hamburgers has no lettuce none of them did. The concrete shakes were terrible. It took 30 min. To get our food and it was gross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hated it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The ONLY good thing was the nice carhop.

Drive thru slow i tried again but this time the drive thru was worst took over 5 minutes just to order than over 20 minutes to get my food I only order two drinks one order of oinonring and and the new broccoli and cheese tater tots the girl was rude then a young white dude was just has bad they said the girl dropped your food on the floor but didn't tell me till I ask why it told so long and then they got even more rude the car behind us pulled around went to where you pull up and order got her food twice has fast as us just sad

If I could give a zero I would because when it takes 3 times to make a burger correct but the time sonic got the burger right they gave it to another customer had to wait so long that to call them to remake the whole order because food was ice cold by the time they brought the correct burger and who in the hell puts a spoon to eat chili cheese fries and a foot long hot dog wont and then the nerve to offer a free cherry limeade coin

Order was wrong several times or missing parts of the order and the last time my wife and child went for icecream it came without the toppings so requested the toppings for the hop to throw the cup with topping in the car spreading it all over the seat and floorboard. Went for icecream but had to clean the car instead. This was at the breaux bridge location, a place I use to frequent. Was at the abbeville location this week spent 9$ on a double bacon burger meal, could only eat about half due to hunger before I couldn't take the paper flavor any more. Glad the tots and drink were good.
