Wasn't impressed with the customer service today. 10/18/23 at 10:15 and I got to register 8&7 and they told me they were close. I'll take a walk to Spirit and ask a lady if someone was in spirit to check out and she said you're looking at her and I asked her can I check out and she said she's not opening and I said well why not she said look at all this work I have to do. I've been waiting in line so long to check out at register two I had enough time to write this review instead of somebody trying to help this lady But instead the sweet lady register 2 is doing all the work. The company should really talk about teamwork. Joellenn was really sweet

I found what I was looking for in a timely manner. What's needed is more variety of plant base foods.Today 5/25/23 I stopped by just for a few things. To my surprise, they had watermelons for $3.99 👀. I purchased two, and the first one was delicious .

Good & bad, hit or miss. WD has some very good employees who are everything that you would want working there, either as a customer or a supervisor: Genuinely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately they have about one really bad employee for every good employee. ~ The shelves are normally neatly stocked & fronted. However, their poorer employers do not rotate the stock, leaving the older items in the back where they expire and drive up prices. ~ The parking lot is often littered with trash from some of the undesirable customers and the parking lot is in poor condition.

Very disappointed. Bought boiled crawfish and they were obviously not hosed off before boil. There’s mud and dirt all mixed in; so much so that the inside of my mouth was gritty. Please learn to boil crawfish, this is a literal health hazard. Thanks!

What I see is a cashier ignoring the customer when she is bing plight talking nice to the cashier and she looks like she was mad after the customer was leaving then she talking saying good thing after that the cashier said that those people want my attention telling anther customer that was not professional

Horrible customer service here with the cashiers! They need to do better. My customer experience was horrible leaving out of here when going through the line, having my groceries scanned and paying for my groceries. The manager of the cashiers was yelling at an employee while she was doing her job in front of me with no regard to other customers shopping and waiting in line.

I love the workers here, but this place does not do right by them. They are constantly understaffed and being fussed at by customers when there isn’t enough people working here and that’s not their fault. The workers seem tired and I feel bad for them.

It's what you expect from your neighborhood supermarket. You get awesome cashiers and you get rude ones. But overall a good place to shop! The only thing the wearing of the mask is not enforced correctly... but they have the protection glass between the cashier and customer so I guess that helps. But some of the employees don't wear their mask properly and you might as well not wear them if it's just covering your mouth or chin🤦🏽‍♀️But I wear one so 🤷🏽‍♀️ I guess let them be.Good selection of items and pretty ok prices and convenient.Now the best thing that happened was these cookies!!! Omg for a dollar and some pennies you can enjoy it too!I usually don't even buy things that's sold by a register buuuuut I'm happy I did. DELICIOUS COOKIE

Oh how much did I miss Winn Dixie while I was away... one store came close and that was HEB, I'm so glad to be home where i can walk into Winn Dixie and get the freshest produce, the best cuts of meat... the sales... I love it !!

First time ever in a Winn Dixie and the cashier didn't know how to bag groceries. Put Seafood with chicken and squished my soft stuff. And I was double charged for an item and had to wait at customer service for a refund. Horrible experience here

Lots of products are expired all over the store. Haagen Dazs dark chocolate ice cream bars was particularly disappointing... I wonder who is supposed to be in charge of quality control? Same situation in bread and cheese sections...

Needs more workers and prices are different at register the on sales sign. Half of the stuff in my basket I purchased because it was on sale then when I got to the register I was told that the signs were not changed.

Excellent location the employees are generally friendly, minus one or two but that happens everywhere. They're Deli the food might be a little dried out, but that's because they make a large amount of the food at once. They're usually well stocked, and if something is not on the shelves you can ask an employee to go to the back and they will check for you. The only thing that drops the rating from a five star to a four-star is the fact that outside regularly smells like urine from the homeless people to sleep under their overhead.

My cashier Dex’tiny extremely rude. Talking on air pod while scanning my items. She said hello and I thought she was greeting me because you know…It’s a customer service job but no…She was just answering her call and then had a bothered face the whole time. She bagged my items then turned her back to me facing the register next to her and didn’t even give me my receipt. I just pulled it out myself from the machine 🙄 Even the bagger next to her asked her why she had that face.

Normally I don’t have any issues with this location. But today my experience was not pleasant. The cashier who rung me up today (her name is Tia she was a younger female) and had a nasty attitude. I said hello and she completely ignored me and rolled her eyes. Once she was done ringing me up she quickly told me total and I said thank you. Once again she rolled her eyes again at me. I got done paying and took my receipt and said thank you have a nice day and she just looked me up and down and gave me a nasty look and looked away and didn’t even acknowledge me once again. What kind of customer service is this? I don’t expect her to be super cheery and upbeat but it’s not okay to ignore the customer and give them dirty looks and roll your eyes at them when you’re being a respectful customer. I hope that this issue can be addressed and that your employee changes her attitude.

I normally never have an issue at this location. Lately, the produce section has been visited by the local bugs in the area and there seems to be no one who can resolve the issue since the door is constantly opening and closing. The store is clean with the occasional spill here and there, but that's to be expected in a grocery store. Most of the employees are excellent in their customer service skills while a few, truly a few, need to be trained on how to be professional. Most of the management team is great, super helpful and superb in the customer satisfaction, but of course there's always one and if he left tomorrow, I wouldn't miss him for a second. The prices, I find, are somewhat higher than Wal-Mart in every area except produce. The prices are normally tolerable when the lines are shorter. And I simply love the little shopping carts they have for the kids to push around.

Today I had a great cashier named Jada. She smiled, she was friendly, and she spoke very kindly to Jesse, the young man who returns carts from the parking lot. Jada was helpful and very pleasant toward everyone in line. She seems like she could be excellent manager.

This is (in my humble opinion) one of, if not) the largest Winn-Dixie Stores that I have ever seen.The place was spotless!I was well laid out, which allows more room for shoppers to roam and there was more than ample parking.The employees were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when it came to directing me to the areas I needed to find.One employee stood out when it came to providing excellent customer service, Kaitlen...several items on my shopping list were not in stock and I requested a Rain Check.She noticed that the lines at the Customer Service counter were very long and left her register, retrieved the store add and blank Rain Checks, came back to her register completed the Rain Check.

Basic grocery store. Produce section is limited in variety and the freshness and quality is mediocre. Prices or sales listed often don't ring up and they make you go to customer service to fight it out. The variety overall is pretty standard. The buy one get one though is always worth the trip and their meat prices are great.
