The day before yesterday I was at Walmart and I bought some supposedly fresh bread, my 12 year old son ate the bread and started looking at the label. He notices that it has a double label and removes one. It turns out that the bread was expired and they put a new label on it. I called costumers service and they told me to go to the store and make a claim. I went to the store and told her what she was doing and that I wanted to make a claim. The associate told me that she is not going to make a claim for some one dollar loaves 😡. It's not the dollar. It's that they are selling something damaged and my son ate that 😡😡😡😡 the story is longer. be careful when buying food there

Came into this store and shopped several times this week including this morning and was able to type in my card number manually. Today this afternoon I came back to grab a few items for dinner and was told I couldn’t type my card numbers in. I explained to the old lady that I just left out the store typing my numbers in and she told me no, I have to have my card. I offered to show her a photo of my card and my ID. She went and called another old lady that came over with a nasty ghetto attitude “aht aht, no ma’amm, you gon have to cancel that order send her to another Walmart cus we don’t do that over here baby” good thing it was canceled because I would not be shopping at this location anymore.

I let many employees know about a fall I had by the shopping carts but no one seemed to be able to do anything. Please be careful in the front lot by the carts and near the curbside pickup. People can get hurt and I was unable to let any supervisor know so it can be fixed.

Who ever has the keys for Jewelry never show up no matters how many times you call or how long you wait for. Went there 3 different days and each day waited between 1-2 hours constantly asking for help in jewelry that never arrived and on top of all the waiting the employees get annoyed and give rude answers when you ask to call someone in the area. Is not just jewelry, most of the areas this places has the employees are usually rude

UNRELIABLE! Fridge broke. Ordered ice. Order came, no ice. Placed a 2nd order for ice. Right when it was supposed to be delivered, it was delayed, indefinitely. It said delayed for 2 hrs, but 3 hrs later still nothing. Called for a literal straight hour, no one answered. Not the department I needed, not any others, not the switch board. It just rang as indefinitely as my order was delayed. Can’t be trusted to get you what you need. They are of course happy to take your money without providing anything in return, that includes products and customer service.

25OCT22 ~ People, it is almost always about people as to how I feel as I leave a store, any store. Walmart has some very good people, both willing and able, but, unfortunately they are outnumbered by those that are neither willing nor able to be good representatives of Walmart. They do not seem to know or care and are not helpful or friendly, think of Eeyore & you get it.Not rotating stock, i.e. you do not put the older items in front of the newer items. All too often I see perishable goods where the new stock is in front of the older/oldest stock. This results in items going out of date and that are supposed to be discarded. The discarded items raise Walmart's overhead & the costs are then passed on to the consumer, i.e. me. I have to pay for Walmart's failure to properly rotate your stock. Please help to keep your prices down by properly rotating your stock.Items that are still on the shelves after the sell by date. Milk & Pico are two examples. See my attached picture of Pico de Gallo that was on the shelf but was past the sell by date.Too many items do not have prices shown.Too many items I want to buy you do not carry.You have, & have had, your Christmas items up for about a month and a half, & it is not even Halloween! And you did away with most of the Garden Center items to make room for the Christmas items.09OCT22 ~ You do not rotate your stock, i.e. you do not put the older items in front of the newer items. Hence, the older stock goes out of date & is, or should be, pulled & discarded. This causes your overhead to go up and your prices go up accordingly & I have to pay for your failure to rotate your stock. EX: Today, 09OCT22, I bought some of your whole milk. Your newer milk was in the front, with the furthest out 'sell by date,' SDB. Three rows of milk back was a gallon of milk with a SBD of 07OCT22, which is out of date & should have been discarded. Please help to keep prices down by rotating your stock to reduce waste & keep your prices down.Too many items I wanted you did not have.Too many items do not have prices shown.You have, & have had, your Christmas items up for about a month, & it is not even Halloween! Please do some serious housecleaning with some of your unfriendly, unhelpful, racially biased employees at the Behrman Highway Walmart in Algiers, Louisiana.On the evening of 28FEB19 the black female employee in the self-checkout area was openly ugly towards the white customers and friendly towards the black customers at the various self-checkout stations, in both her word choice, tone of voice, attitude, and helpfulness. She would smile and be nice to the black customers and be disdainful in word choice, tone of voice, attitude, and being unhelpful towards the white customers.I fall into the latter category. I had two manufacturers coupons that required her to write in the dollar amount on the coupon and enter that in the cash register. When she approached me she had on a scowl on her face and the 'why are you bothering me' tone in her voice. She snatched the coupons out of my hand, looked at them, and tried to deny me the use of them by several different methods, all false. (i.e. She said that they weren't for the items I purchased, but they were; she tried to say the the coupons had expired, but they hadn't, etc.)Then, without saying a word, she turned and walked away, taking the coupons with her. She reappeared a little over ten minutes later and said that Walmart doesn't take manufactures coupons, that if they don't scan in showing the dollar amount Walmart doesn't take them, that Walmart 'used to accept them' but that they no longer accept them. She was just making up any story to deny use of my coupons.

Conveniently close, open long hours EVERYDAY is great !!One serious problem is the constant Out of Stock issues at this store (maybe due to high theft?). The Fairly friendly staff, also can be very honest like when I left my iPhone on a product shelf and on another occasion my iPad in the cookies area. Both were turned into Customer Service, the phone held by a great employee in the jewelry Dept. She and her friend were looking for me the night i misplaced it. Great Service Ladies! Go Walmart!

Self checkout was down tonight and despite the long lines and impatient guests, this crew did an excellent job on service and time management. This is the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been too. The customer service is horrible. I encounter with 8 workers and they all smelled like they had just lefted a marijuana festival. They reeked of weed. And some of the workers are so rude. I will never shop at this location again. It need to be closed down.

I came today to pick up an online order. I waited in my car for over 1 hour. I can accept that, evidently there were lots of orders, there were many cars waiting. What is unacceptable is that some people skipped the line, they just showed up in their cars, parked wherever they want to and the walmart staff brings out their stuff bypassing the cars who are in line. To make things worse this people park wherever they want, blocking the exit of cars parked in the designated/numbered spots. Which makes things even slower. The only explanation is that the staff at this store has a system where you can pay under the table to skip the lines and get your stuff delivered quickier. I tried to complain about this in the store. No one cared, they were too busy collecting the bribes and bringing out stuff for the people skipping the lines.

Well, I went to the automotive area to get oil and a filter. No filter, which I have the number for. Attempted to use the devices to cross over to another brand filter. Both devices have dead batteries, and the book is so worn I didn't use it. Went to check out, and as usual, six registers that could have a store employee checking your purchase out but no. I left the store without the oil and went to the auto parts store.

Today, I went in just to get a few things. My husband brought home a sample cheesecake trying to hide it in the fridge the other day.My daughter and I stumbled upon it and devoured it. So I thought I'd come to see where he got it from. He brought home the strawberry cheesecake. I purchased the plain one. Oh my goodness, this is delicious. Of course, I squeezed lemon (🍋 ) juice on my slice with a couple of banana (🍌) slices. Soooo good 👍!

Has everything you need. Megastore Walmart. Has salons and Subway. Furniture and home goods are there. Has a pharmacy. Has all fishing and gardens stuff. Carts for kids are available. Parking is free and available. Kid friendly and handicap-friendly.

They were out of a lot of items, and checking out was a nightmare. It took me longer to checkout than it did for me to go around the store to get my groceries. At checkout the cashier ran out of ones, and went to customer service to get some more. He had taken money to buy ones but instead they give him a new till. Since he had already rang up someone's groceries and owed her money that was going to make the tools wrong, so we just told him to take a 5 one-dollar bills out of the new till and replace it with a $5 bill out of the old one so he was able to give her change. When he tried to check out the next customer whatever the managers had done caused the scanner not to work so we had to wait for a manager to come back and fix that. They just need to get it together at Walmart because they're not doing Justice to the customers.

As of 25 February 2024, all of the self-checkout machines are off, except for the lanes for the premium Walmart membership, whatever it's called. They have not significantly added more employees on registers so expect a very long checkout experience, like 20 minutes! I don't think the machines are actually broken.Original review: Just a *terrible* store. Badly managed, often has bare shelves where staple foods should be. Dairy products kept too warm and turn before sell-by date. Often no carts to be found. Avoid at all costs. At least one item on your shopping list is guaranteed to be out of stock. This dump gets worse every time I go. Dirty diaper abandoned in pet food aisle for three weeks, told management, still there. Nobody cares. Nobody has ever cared. Swathes of the store are closed off.

My biggest problem with this location is people are CONSTANTLY parking in the assigned pickup service spots to go into the store to shop!!! It's ridiculous that this is not monitored and will only get worse during the holidays. People are aweful and just simply don't care. All those spots are clearly marked. If you're not going to use the pickup service then leave the parking spots for the people that do.
