I usually don't have trouble picking up prescriptions here, however I called to confirm my prescription was being filled & was told it would take an hour, I called back two hours later and was told that they're 40 prescriptions behind and mine wasn't ready yet, which I completely understand, however after telling them I was having issues with my app and it wasn't telling me when my prescriptions were ready, I was spoken to in an extremely condescending and rude manner and felt quite frustrated after the call with how I was spoken to while I was sinply trying to troubleshoot my prescription notifications. Switching pharmacies at this point, I've used Walgreens for the past few years and have begun to notice a pattern of extreme rudeness & lack of concern for my prescriptions vital to my every day life.

I do not know what is going on with the pharmacy. I was told that my prescription could not be filled by the person at the counter. What ?? So I called my insurance who told me that the prescription was ALREADY filled two days prior. I went back and asked about it. They said that the problem was recently corrected but could not tell my why they filled the prescription two days PRIOR to the issue. The last issue was they denied my prescription shampoo. They told me they could not fill it, because the order did not specify HOW TO WASH HAIR. They needed instructions on how to wash hair. Please watch any shampoo commercial to clear this up. I am taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

This is such a horrible pharmacy. So Rude. I had the flu, dropped off 1 prescription and had the doctor call in two more. As I handed the pharmacist my prescription, asked how long it would take and was told 2 hours. 2 hours later, called back, was told they’d never received my over the phone prescriptions and that I needed to present ID before filling the one I left in person (would have been nice to have been told that when I personally handed it off!) called the doctor, they assured me they sent it but would send again. Still didn’t get it. Called the doctor again, this time they personally called the pharmacy and read the prescriptions to them. When I called back an hour later I was told I didn’t have an account at the pharmacy and I had no prescriptions waiting. After back and forth with the doctor and pharmacy (all while sick as a dog), they finally get all the prescriptions in. Get a phone call 4 HOURS LATER saying my prescriptions are ready. Call and speak to a pharmacist to be sure. She says “yeah they ready” and hangs up on me. Walk to the pharmacy and guess what THEY AREN’T READY! I live close to here but the convenience is totally not worth how rude, unhelpful, and lazy this pharmacy staff is. Isn’t my first time with a bad experience. Go somewhere ANYWHERE else.

Pharmacy Review: I am bewildered by their lack of ability. I brought in a prescription one day, they took the paper to check and see if they had it in stock, came back to tell me they didn't have it, and then realized they had lost the paper somewhere along the way. The pharmacy area is approximately 100 sq ft. I have no idea how they lost it. I ended up having to call my doctor and have them call the prescription in to a different pharmacy.Store Review: The only reason this Walgreens gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because they do sometimes have decently nice cashiers and it's pretty convenient to be able to walk here from work, despite the overall awful experiences I've had actually succeeding in my missions here. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to come here, ever.

I am more than pleased with the pharmacist who helped me this evening! She went above and beyond to help get my daughter’s prescription changed from a liquid that would have made her sick for weeks to a pill form. She called the clinic and persisted when they had not called back and then closed, to help get this corrected. She was just as helpful with others who didn’t quite have the right documents or needed questions answered. She was a gem.

While in the store, I was told I needed to schedule a flu appointment online. OK... Went home and scheduled an appointment for my son, wife, and myself. I got an e-mial confirmations for all of them. But when we walked into the store at my scheduled time, the pharmacy was closed. WTH... Oh, they are closed on the weekend, but no one knows how to tell corporate or their online services to update the online schedule. They also failed to mention this little fact to me when they told me to schedule online.

I took an elderly disabled client fpr her flu shot appt. We were on time. We checked in and were told to have a seat. We waited for 45 minutes. We were told we would wait a fee minutes. Each time I inquired I was told it would be a few minutes. I asked if the computer being doe. Would affect the shot and was told no. I asked if we could have the forms to fill out and was told to wait a few minutes..After 45 minutes of that we spoke with manager computer's were down. We left

I have been shopping and getting my prescriptions here for about a year and a half now, and I am happy with the service I have received. Sometimes I feel terrible for the people who work here because I have witnessed many instances of customers’ verbal abuse directed at the staff. On many occasions I have seen customers rush into the store and demand the cashier’s attention when said cashier has a long line of people and is in the process of doing his job. I’ve seen people become enraged when the cashier takes about 15 seconds to respond. The 5 star rating is for the people who work here, not the rude, entitled customers.by the by, if your Rx is not ready because of user error (failure to follow instructions for use of text-messaging feature, Walgreens app), yelling at the pharmacy staff is a exercise in futility.

Plan on spending a considerable amount of time waiting for your flu shot. 45 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment I was asked to fill out paperwork and then still a 20 minute wait. I don’t recommend! Just go to your dr or CVS!

The worst experience I've EVER had a pharmacy. After scheduling a vaccine, I go in and they say they can't fulfill it and need to get a prescription despite getting the same vaccine at other Walgreens without needing one in the past. When I get the prescription sent from my GP they say it's the wrong one and I have to go back and forth with my GP until eventually they say it's the right one and they misspoke. When I schedule it and go in they then inform that despite the website saying they had it in stock they actually didn't and I needed to wait 3 more days. Then when they finally get it and I go to get the shot they say they can't give it me! No reason given just "computer says no" despite online it saying there allowed to and people on three other calls saying they! They don't try to help or give me any other info about how I can get the vaccine besides "go to someone else". They don't seem to know there own rules, they don't know there own policies and the worse thing is they don't seem to care!

I had to return 3 times to pick up a single prescription. Plenty of attitude like I am the problem. I feel I was poorly responded to. They are either inadequately staffed or incompetent. Either way, it results in poor customer service. Their poor rating on Google is completely justified. Get your prescriptions elsewhere.

Made a purchase not 2 long ago and got cash back on that purchase.I received a counterfeit bill from this location and absolute hell when I tried to use it.Called the 1-800 number and was told I would get a call back that never happened.When I called to find out y..automation voice said I missed the call which was a lie.Apparently the cashiers here dont verify the authenticity of the money they receive.Nice place.

My prescription was supposed to be ready 24-48 hours after my doctor had to send the prescription 3 times. It’s been five weeks, and I still have not gotten my medication, even after switching locations from another Walgreens.

So these people claim theres a hiring insane crisis and no one wants to work but someone apply there and gets denied make it make sense. Like what normal human would even work there if they already had experience or quit in the past? Other than a weird old person who probably can barely walk and have decades of experience but all workers literally do is stand there a ring up stuff? How does anyone not have qualifications on a first come first serve basis for that? Someone who ACTUALLY wants to work?

Big mistake ! I transferred my prescriptions IN PERSON to this pharmacy because it was close to my house. When I went to have a prescription filled, they were totally confused. I went back twice more & they were still clueless. Needless to say I'm back atmy original pharmacy where they are NOT inept.Beware of this pharmacy!

This locations hours of operation are ideal for someone that ends up doing most shopping late at night. Unfortunately, I was informed that as of 10/18/17, there will be NO 24 hr Walgreens in the city of New Orleans.

Awful pharmacy. They used to be pretty good. Currently waiting for a script my dr escribed days ago that the assistant is claiming they never received despite the fact that my on my doctors end it shows that they not only received my prescription but also accepted it.

Terrible customer service- I checked out and then realized I had not received the sale price for an item ($4/off) and when I went back to ask the woman about it, she very rudely said “well I don’t know what to tell you”, turned around and walked off.

Convenient indeed! However they lack some things (not many though) that you might find at a full-sized convenience store, particular condiments for instance.I do not know the quality of the pharmacy.
