So many broken buttons on machines whereas you can only play certain amount. You have to look for casino host for assistance even after pressing button and light is lit up for service. Stays with a lot of machines out of services on the floor. You have to lose 50 til 70 dollars before you can even go in a bonus and than receive so much less. The waitresses NOt ALL of them treats you as if it's mandatory everytime you want a beverage any kind it's a must you tip unless they go pass you right by next time for one. To say this a casino the timing it close is awful 12am they close should at lease be closing at 2am in wknd. It's hard to win there with all those broken buttons none working buttons and you can only play on certain amounts. Food is delicious though. Best soul food at a casino. Gambling Commission needs to go to all these casinos and check all these machines on these floor here in Louisiana if they don't work they shouldn't be on the casinos floor taking up space let alone broken buttons.

I am pretty much there everyday and everyone is so nice except for this one waitress she has long dark hair glasses looks kinda phillopeam but she purposely putsi soda water in me and my girlfriends cup so really isn't any telling how far she would go to mess with someones drink
