I find that some of the customers are just rude ,ruthless, and disgusting. I've seem young,middle-aged, and elderly customers act a fool with cashiers. This should not be tolerated.A sign needs to be posted at all registers stating zero tolerance for rude customers. Service Denied!

Hi I was a cashier at Ross I was fired by my manager Ms Ray . She told me to leave early and when I came back off my 2 day break she said she had let me go , because I was acting different on break , 😄Whatever that means . I just feel that the manager was jealous I was getting all the attention because I was a sweet cashier & I always dressed nice . But I really don’t know the real reason. The job was easy I like it . She just let me go . Then she said I can’t come back because I threaten her but that was all lies I think she was intimidated 🤷🏾‍♀️I hate that store now !!! I wish she choke on water lol I’m Adell by the way !! Everybody loved me ❤️ 🏾she was a hater in my book because I would have still been working there if it wasn’t for her . & she’s not even from New Orleans she’s from Lafayette . SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️ I dare her making it hard for a mother & wife … I can’t stand black ppl always messing over they own kind

During the week is the best time to visit. I love the deals but the store can be a bit much to take in. I find they try their best to stay on top of the inventory. They could work on keeping cashiers on the front end to expedite checkout.

The store has most of what your searching for. A few of the employees are friendly. However, not too well organized. But, that's okay. It's a great place fir retail therapy.

Love coming here. They almost always got what I need when the other department/retail store don't have it. A lot of cheap items and some are even brand name. I never leave this place empty handed, there is always something to buy. Would definitely come again and many more times in the future.

Ross's has some good deals, if you have the time to hunt for them. The store always has a disheveled look, as though it's been lifted up, shaken, and put down not too gently. An average number of their products are opened or damaged, so check what you pick out very carefully. The service is absent, until it's time to pay, then there's lots of help. Buyer beware.😶

I like these discount stores. I'm picky about sizes and lettering so it is hard for me to shop anywhere. but I usually find the best deals here and tjmax. may have small defects but I never noticed if they did.

I do understand and accept the limited amount of merchandise due to the re-opening. But, does the cashiers (Melissa) have to be sooooo rude. I approached her register. I spoke. She ignored me but continued her conversation with another worker. She advised me of my total. Gave me my change then utilized some hand sanitizer while looking away ( I guess awaiting my departure). I retrieved my items and left. WOW!😮

Very limited in items but nevertheless its Ross with still a lot of fun things to buy we all know. (side note,, Louisiana taxes tho😱) but the staff are very lovely people.

Robyn, suezette and Destiny were great. They greeted me as soon as i walked in the door. Destiny helped me with the right luggage suitcase I needed immediately. Robyn put a smile on face as soon as I hit the register. She said she was having a bad day but still managed to smile. Thanks ladies.

My favorite place for shopping in New Orleans, designer brand for less. This store has everything, for bathrooms, living room kids,menswear and for women. Also a shoe department. Needs more cashiers otherwise going out need something fast and inexpensive Ross is your place.

They have a DECEIVER at cashier!!! I Returned the jean without receipt for a few months ago and received the credit card (by paper). The cashier asked me paid for the printing the card a small amount a dollar some ( I don’t remember cause I was angry and tear it at the cashier today) I’ve come there and found it was a swindle. The cashier said the balance in the credit paper is a dollar some!!! BE CAREFUL with the ROSS DRESS store at 3026 HOLIDAYS Dr, NEW ORLEANS , LA 70131.

I can always find cute plus size clothes here. Have even found some things for my husband before and he is hard to shop for. I love the prices and the workers are always nice

Yay 🙌, Finally a Location that doesn't look like They're Closing. More Inventory. BUT, Name Brands for your pricing aren't comparable. I'm from out-of-state and KNOW what Ross Roots. C'mon B4 you say isn't Profitable. Listen to Us Shoppers, U might Learn something and make some $'s And Shoppers SHOP MORE!!
