Staff did super good with my dog 🐶. I was pleased with his cut. I wasn’t pleased with the bill. No point in the holiday package! It’s the same service you would already get. It was a $28 rip off!!!! No up charge needed. Don’t waste your money!!!

Dawn, the grooming professional is exceptional at what she does. I have a special needs dog who is riddled with anxiety- but not with Dawn! Dawn listens to her clients and imparts calm and security to the beloved pets she works with. She does a thorough job and takes her time to do things right.

They cancelled my appointment a few hours before on the day of the appointment because they weren’t able to handle the volume of dogs that were on the schedule. Don’t bother booking with them in the afternoon, they apparently overbook in the mornings and will wait until the last minute to inform you that they can’t accommodate your dog. So wildly unprofessional.

They helped me trim my senior Chihuahua's nails when I lost hope of doing it myself. It was my last resort before taking him to the vet to get them cut. He's always been really good about letting me cut them but he's become grumpy with old age, so I finally needed help. They were so understanding and helpful with him, we decided to give it a shot since he's not aggressive by nature and doesn't have many teeth left anyway. I booked my next appointment with the same groomer because she was very gentle yet firm with him, she was able to get his most problematic nails and my little old guy felt so much better after!

My dog Lucy and I love Petco. I ordered from the website for same day on Sunday. Still waiting on items...nothing came same day...1st delivery was yesterday. Today is Wednesday. 🤪didnt save time.

I love the groomer. I travel from New Orleans East all the way uptown just for her. My pups don't like the groomers but after the second visit she didn't want to leave

I have shipped here for 15 years the last few months they have really gone down today a sat empty shelves nothing there I usually buy then I picked one thing and check out was one her phone texting she said she was busy while I'm waiting plus an attitude when I asked to check me out she remained on her phone I left never checked out and never to return to that store again
