The employee that checked me out was really nice and helpful. When I mentioned I could only find one of the item I needed, she checked to see what their on hand was and corrected it. She also let me know when to expect more in. This was all without me needing to question it. Great customer service.

I was told I couldn’t take the basket outside the store, so I had to carry a 34lb bag of food to my car! Once I get the bag of food in my car, they have a lady pushing a basket outside the store, heading to her car. The lady literally stopped me at the door and told me I had to carry it and leave the basket inside.

My Oscar’s are healthy and good quality of fish. All 3 fishes enjoy their new environment. I brought the whole setup from the Harvey store. Staff is awesome with great customer service,I definitely recommend this store .

This was my first time, bringing my dog over to Petco upon having a conversation with the groomer I was comfortable with it. It was every decision that he had me and after that the haircut and the groom was great. The only thing that was lacking was the dog smell after bathing wasn’t perfume.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Went in looking for something for pain for one of my furbabies but they, at the time, only had two options to choose from. Cashier however gave me advice to help best choose which one would be best suited for my girls needs. Great experience!

The kid who assisted us with trying to adopt a pet for our 4 year old grandkid was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable about each pet and its needs. Unfortunately, we didn't buy anything because of our grandkid's fear but the experience was phenomenal.

I’m very grateful for the staff the works here and the wholesome puppy food sold here. I was worried because my dog had the runs… A worker suggested canned pumpkin and beef bison which resolved the issue within a few hours. Also my dog barks a lot and the staff is always calm and comforting which helps me be calm as well as talk her through her fears. A pleasure to do business with this company.

After adopting 2 kittens, my granddaughter and I went to get supplies. The staff was pleasant and helpful but there were no baskets for customer use. I was disappointed with the amount of merchandise in the aisles and the selection.

Super friendly staff but was expecting more animals to be working. Seriously that hamster just sat there starting at me when I asked it where the chew toys were. I had to ask the human for help and they are not pets. I know I read laws.

I made online a grooming appointment for my 2 dogs. The store opens at 9 so I made the appointment for 9. Shortly after I got a text saying that my appointment had been changed to 8. I showed up at 8 with my dogs and, as I expected, the store was close as its supposed to open at 9. Nonetheless I kept on knocking on the door but there was no one inside and the lights were off. After waiting 30 minutes I called the store with the intent of leaving a voice mail and asking to reschedule. To my surprise someone answered and told me she could not take my dogs because we were late. I tried to explain that we had been waiting for 30 mins. She said I should have called. How am I supposed to know that if the store is closed I should call to ask someone to let me in? She offered to come out to talk with me but she would not accept the dogs. Why would I want to talk with her? I later called and asked for the manager. Some guy claimed to be the manager and he was argumentative, confrontational, antagonistic and adversarial. I said some things I shouldn't have said but his attitude was rude and confrontational from the moment he answered the phone.They arbitrarily and unilaterally change the time of my appointment. You arrive to the store on time and its closed. Somehow you are supposed to know to call the store and get someone to let you in. Then they refuse to take my dogs and have an attitude about it.I've been a loyal petco customer for 20 years. I am taking my business somewhere else

Although the faces in our local store change faster than Louisiana weather, what doesn't change is the high standard customer serviceSo I'm in the store trying not to look lost.My wife changed the dog food and i couldn't remember the new brand.The manager went in the back and not only looked up our last purchase but returned carrying it. The 50lbs bag was as big as she was.They are always just helpful like that

Everything you can imagine for the pets in our lives.Yes, bring them along on a leash.My Leo the Wonder Dog comes here for nail grooming. They offer a full range of grooming services. My dog was happy to have been pampered by Dave. The friendly staff even offered dog treat taste samples to my Leo. Plenty of beautiful animals to see in the store. Huge parking lot out there.

Very small place.. cramped I couldn't even fit a buggy down the isle in the fish department. It was bad. They only had one of the tanks I wanted. Seems like they had a couple of fish that managed to breed in the tank. Several dead fish in their tanks. No one working to attempt to fix it. Just seems to me like they either didn't have a person in the fish area or they just didn't care about it.
