Lestat LOVES Mary Mac's dog daycare! Never seen him so excited as when he arrives. He has made several friends here, and they play hard. I appreciate the daily report cards with photos and descriptions of his day. The daycare is next to a quiet public park, which allows him walks during his stay. If he could, my pup would give this place 10 stars!

MaryMac’s Doggie Retreat is just that…a wonderful place for dogs to “relax and rejuvenate.” Courtney is amazingly awesome with the services she provides and how she and her staff interact with your canine. It’s comforting to know that you are leaving your dog in the hands of caring professionals. This is Deuce’s second visit (boarding) and it will not be his last. He has already met some great new friends. Thank you Courtney for all that you do and continue to do!

Hands Down Mary Mac’s is the best in the business. I had never boarded my pup and had to take an emergency trip and he couldn’t come. I called a few places and Courtney immediately said “Bring him today, and lets see how he reacts with our team and other pups here” That was 2 years ago and now I he only wants to go there. I can't recommend MM and the the team there highly enough. The facility is top-notch, with spacious and comfortable accommodations for the dogs. It’s a clean and always well kept facility. It's clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being and happiness of the dogs in their care.In addition to boarding services, MaryMacs also offers grooming services, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. We had a bad grooming experience previously and I didn’t know if it would cause troubles going forward, but Courtney took him and warmed him up and he’s happy for baths and nail trims now.My overall experience with MaryMacs was exceptional. Their high-quality boarding experience and puppy support services, friendly staff, and focus on safety made me feel confident in trusting them with Chop. I highly recommend MaryMacs to anyone in need of reliable and professional boarding, day care and grooming services.

I brought my service dog Chloe to MaryMac’s Doggie Retreat for daycare. The moment we walked in the door we were treated like family. My Chloe was not used to other people. But she was shown love instantaneously. Needless to say, Chloe loves going to MaryMac’s Doggie Retreat so much that I am using one of the affordable packages, and I don’t have to worry about my house being in shambles when I get home from work. The location of MaryMac’s allows easy access on and off the GNO bridge.

If you have an anxious dog, look no further! Our beloved highly anxious german shepherd will only go to Ms. Mary Macs. Courtney, the owner, takes the time to ensure your dog will feel safe and comfortable. She is an advocate for what’s best for your dog/pet. Because of our rescue’s turbulent history he is reactive with other dogs, however at Ms. Mary Macs he has confidence to socialize with other dogs due to the staff’s insight and experience and caring ways!! We would go nowhere else!

I have a GIANT breed dog (yes, giant, not large). He’s a German shepherd/mastiff who non weighs about 120lbs and thinks he’s 5lbs. He is insanely dramatic about his nails. I told her before his appt it would take three people - one to hold him, one to do the actual thing, and one for emotional support. She got him all taken care of, despite his drama and the fact that he is human-sized. This was our second time at As an ssr and we will absolutely be going for regular grooming!

I had an amazing experience with MaryMac’s retreat- I had to make a last-minute trip out of town and was worried about leaving my pup behind for the first time. But this business saved the day and took care of my dog with so much love and attention.The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they made sure to keep me updated with pictures and messages throughout the weekend. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in good hands.The facilities were top-notch, with plenty of space for my dog to run around and play. The kennels looked clean and comfortable.Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I can't say enough about MaryMac's. As we were planning our destination wedding in New Orleans, we stumbled upon another glowing review for Courtney and her business. We were looking for both a place to board our dog during the days before the wedding, and also a service that would help facilitate transportation and coordination for our dog Molly so that she could fulfill her duties as ringbearer in our ceremony.One call with Courtney, and it was clear that this was the place we were looking for. Courtney very thoroughly described the facilities and the dog's schedule throughout the day so that we knew exactly what to expect. We also worked with her to put together a "Bridal Pawty" package that made it possible for Molly to be present for both the rehearsal and ceremony the following day.Courtney made sure that everything went off without a hitch. She arranged transportation to/from the ceremony, made sure Molly had her bath, and helped to wrangle her during cocktail hour (which is not an easy feat when the dog weighs in at over 80 lbs). You can tell how much pride Courtney takes in what she does and how much love she has for all the pup in her care. In the days before the event, we received regular "report cards" via text message on Molly's behavior, complete with photos during play time and on walks. Not once did we worry about our dog while she was there, and upon pickup, it was clear that she was very well cared for.My only regret is that we don't have MaryMac's in our own city!

In town for a couple of days and needed someone to watch our 9 month old puppy. They were wonderful with our very high maintenance pup. So nice to receive a “report card” each afternoon and see pics with her new friends. She was even able to get a bath!

This was my second experience with my dog being in daycare and boarding and was definitely great, he stayed 5 days at MaryMac's doggie retreat and when I picked him up he looked awesome, he's a Siberian husky which is very hard to take care of but they know what they do. They send a daily report about behavior and pics. I'm very satisfied with the staff at this place. Thank you guys.

Let me tell you how amazing Courtney is! My baby is 13. He’s been getting sedated for six or so years now. He’s super bad and spoiled. The previous vet office had my baby on a breathing machine trying to groom him. I knew he couldn’t handle it anymore. I didn’t know where to turn. I called Courtney just to see, and she took on the challenge! When I tell you she was quick and Zoe looked amazing! It shocked me at how much of a good job she did. We've been going to Mary Mac's for a few months and my dogs love it! It is sometimes pricier than other local daycare and boarding facilities, but as someone who used to manage one, I can say with confidence that you get what you pay for.They only take a small group of dogs and walk them each twice a day. It feels more like leaving them with a friend rather than a massive boarding facility with 25+ dogs packed in a small area and very little individual attention. While some dogs thrive in such an active environment, others may struggle with overstimulation and it's difficult to provide them the attention they need when there are so many dogs to care for. My dogs are still worn out when they get home (as is evident in the photo lol), so they're definitely getting enough activity.Their staff is always so sweet and they know the dogs well. They're responsive by phone and they send a report card with pictures everyday. My dogs get excited when we get close and are always so happy to see their friends. Overall, I'm just very happy with the service and, most importantly, I feel like my dogs are safe and well cared for which is worth every penny.

They were pleasant from the first phone call to the end of the service. The groomer I usually take my dog to unexpectedly closed and I had been searching for other groomers. Every groomer I called was booked a month and a half out. MaryMac was able to take my dog the day I called. He looked terrible when I dropped him off but they transformed him. They did an amazing job. I’ll definitely use their services again

This was my first time having my dog Spanky groomed at MaryMac's and I will definitely be getting him groomed in the future. He was much more at ease there and his cut was top notch. The people are lovely. I highly recommend!

Esie, my rescued boxer, needed to learn to play well with others.MaryMac was the perfect place from day one. Esie has played there for over a year now and she continues to enjoy her visits. There are a number of doggie day care sites closer to our home, but the extra drive is worth it!!!!
