If you want your pet to have a cute cut or different look than when you dropped it off, then this is not the place. My dog always looked the same but she was clean with cute ribbons. On my last visit one Saturday she forgot my dog there and she had gone home for the night. When i called her she said she was at home and all her dogs were gone. She had to go back and she found my dog there in the cage and she had not been groomed. I got my dog back late in the evening. She was apologetic, It was a mistake and she did not charge me for the visit.

Chi chi has been groomed by Marcella for almost 4 years now. I love her work on my miniature poodle. Chi chi comes home smelling good and groomed to the T. I never had a bad visit EVER! So I recommend her to the fullest

DONT GO TO THIS PLACE! My experience was real bad! I brought my dog there to get a hair cut, there's no pictures of different types of cuts the place has a very bad odor, so I was told I would get a phone call. When I got a phone call I was told to come get my dog it would be $45 I said I'll b there to see the cut before u start because I don't know the difference in the cuts, I was told she couldn't wait on me. I rushed there but when i got there she had a real real bad attitude problem. She told me to just pay before I can see my dog. Me and the groomer got into a heated argument, she cursed me out I cursed her out curse words was thrown all around in front of my 6 year old daughter. She is very disrespectful and rude and don't need to be in business I'm reporting her to BBB as soon as possible. Stay away from this place! She don't deserve not even a star!

I called jazzy pets spa & grooming to see about geting my dog groom. Before I could tell the owner what day I wanted to make my appointment, she said, the only thing I have avaible is Saturday. I proceeded to ask her which Saturday, the 9th or next Saturday the 16th? So instead of her very stating whic Saturday she has available, She just hung up the phone, which was very rude and unprofessional. I drive from another city to support her. She does not have customer service skills and she does not cater to her customers, the people who are keeping her in business. I will be looking elsewhere to bring my dog, with an attitude like hers, it makes you wonder if she actually treats the dogs like they are supposed to be treated. Will never be back to support her ever again. Horrible customer service satisfaction, just horrible!!!

It is with a broken heart I'm writing this,my mom dropped her dog off Saturday and picked up a dead dog on Monday. Our family is devastated needless to say. No one called to let her know that her dog had died and no explanation as to how or why. Beware!!!! I can't give this place a star at all. Sorry but can't control my emotions,stay tuned everything is still fresh it hasn't been 24hrs yet. My mom is 70 yrs old and her dog meant the world to her.

Worse place ever ! She lets her teen daughter groom the dogs and she cut my 2 lb yorkie paw off when I picked her up she was walking on 3 legs and limping ! She told me to bring her in so she can see and started squeezing the paw! We got into a heated argument and she cursed me out! I brought my dog to the vet and her foot was infected ! Luckily the vet healed her paw! If u love your pets BEWARE PLEASE!!!

Mrs. Williams is always professional my dogs are always happy when they arrive and leave . She colored and cut them beautifully I recieved so many compliments and they smelled awesome! I reccomend you visit Jazzy pets. I am a forever customer.

So this happened.......you have to be really cautious about you you let groom your pets. Anybody that knows me knows how much I love my precious baby Jia Maria Tina Tiger Turner Sheba Messy Mia. I brought her to Jazzy Pets Spa & Grooming LLC on 10,800 Morrison Rd #102 and she lacerated her left lower eyelid. Venichella Williams was unapologetic, unremorseful about her lack of skill and recklessness. A day of grooming has turn into an expensive, stressful, and infuriating experience. I wouldn’t recommend that any trust this dangerous woman with their beloved pet. On top of that, Venichella can’t cut hair to save her soul. It’s taking everything in me to contain my anger. She’s not claiming liability and I will most definitely sue her for the $900 it will cost to repair her lower eyelid.

The owner is very unprofessional and does not value her customers. On more than one occasion I made an appointment to have my dog groomed. She failed to fulfill an appointment on more than one occasion and did not bother to call for postponement or cancellation.

I can't imagine dropping my dog off to a facility and picking up a dead dog! This place has horrible reviews and if u love your pet u will not patronize this place. I have 2 pets. I have a 12yr old Chihuahua and a 1yr old Cocker Spaniel. If this were my pets i would DEFINITELY pursue answers and legal action. The owner should be ashamed and arrested for animal neglect and abuse. This place should be shut down!!!! I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR GRIEF! BTW....if the owner responds please don't. It comes off as tacky, insensitive, and very unprofessional!!!!!

I really like this place my baby PJ came from there smelling so good and I just loved his haircut. And the best part is that he didn't bark or snap at the groomers. That goes to say that they are some great people in this place and they will take care of your dog as if it was there own.....they have a forever Customer with me and my PJ....yall can keep Petco and Pet smart I will show support to my black owned business. Great Job I will be calling to make his appointment again soon.

Called to ask a question about grooming a pet. Told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and hung up on me. Regardless of if She knew what an angora rabbit is or not that is not the way the call should have ended. Every other place I’ve called apologized they couldn’t or didn’t know how to. I don’t recommend due to lack of customer service. I have other animals I could possibly have considered bringing to her but I wasn’t able to even get those words in.

I thought this was a nice place to take my dog and get her groomer since the last visit went well ans she smelled good.well my dog looked like hell eveything cut but face done on purpose one side long the other side short. This women at Jazzy pets was soooo disrespectful to me she hung upon twice and still paid her for a horrible service . I will never return their ever ever again 🤯🤬🤭 sincerely displeased customers

I always bring my dog to get groomed and haven't had a problem with my dogs grooming however, the lady that's in charge need to work on her customer service skills and interacting with others in a professional manner. The building itself could also use renovations.

Horrible service rude late unprofessional over priced for service or lack there of. I read the bad reviews but still wanted to give her a chance and support a black business. My dog doesn't even look as if she's been cut at all I'm so disappointed a waste of $65

She was suppose 2 bath my dog & trim his hair. Instead she let my dog jump out the tube & broke his leg! She don't wanna answer her. Im gettin a lawyer & she will be served. PLEASE if u love your pet dont bring them to this place wat ever you do!!

Brought my pup their to get groomed he was a first timmer so i figured she knew more than me wen i picked him up his eye was blood shot asked wat hapn and that attutide was horrible i had to get him to the vet for care and i later found out she was easy to find cuz she had no business being opened at that time just rude with very nasty ways tore up!!!!

Never been to the business....was looking for a groomer but after reading all these reviews makes a person think (everyone can’t be lying) and the owner responses shows the lack of professionalism. I’ll follow my first mind and avoid the trouble.
