I shop at five below every chance I get. I enjoy the variety as well as the great prices. The customer service is usually pretty good. This particular visit started off great as we were greeted as we walked in by friendly associates. We were pretty much the only customers in there. It started to feel uncomfortable when I notice several associates following my husband and I around the store and watching us from an aisle away. I understand that its the holidays and loss prevention is a necessity especially in retail but there is a way to do your job and not make your customers feel uncomfortable. As we headed to the front of the store there were 2 associates standing near the door, watching us. Needless to say, I just wanted to put everything we picked up back on the shelf. I wrapped up my visit only purchasing the few items I had in my basket at the time. They didnt close for another hour. Very stalkerish, who wants to shop like that! I can always spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Me and Bae finally went to Five and Below and WOW.Everything is so affordable!Unbelievable!I picked up a sketch pad, a mini disco ball lols and something else but I forgot.The associate, I didn't catch his name, was so helpful and friendly!He made this trip FANTASTIC!

Was enjoying the store until the lady up front got sassy for me sending snapchats of products my sister was looking for at her 5 below that they didn't have that this one did. Makes me not want to give them my business if I can't use my phone in the store

It's nice but I find better bargains at other places. They should change their name to ten and below and we could find things for $10 almost anywhere so I don't shop there very often. Greed is very real. Like the old "deals" which was unique until their prices continued to climb and they became like anywhere else, sadly.

Great place & staff. Little tip about 5 below is that you can find some adapters, extension chords for entertainment devices cheaper than you would in other places. It's a good place to check out to find deals or some quick solutions. Their snack selection is amazing as well. Well worth a stop by if you're in the area!

Interesting place. Employees there are very friendly and nice. Got some very interesting items, some aren't $5 or below but they will have a sign letting you know it will be over $5. Love some of the stuff I bought from here and some not so much. Seeing as how cheap the items are, you get what you paid for. Would definitely come back for just knock knacks stuff.

Before and during the pandemic, this place was good. Right now, they are reorganizing the store many times over. I walked in, not thinking, just going to the technology section for a new phone charger, but was in the beauty section. I looked at the signs and walked around, but couldn’t find the technology section. A week or so later, I’m in the area and they’re reorganizing the store again. Maybe I can get a charger?

I really like coming here because it is beyond easy to pick up snacks for the movie theater, little nick-nack gifts, plus they have anime items for under five dollars (T-shirts, posters, keychains)!Check them out.

Many items are at a great price point but some could be found cheaper elsewhere. Good spot for last minute gift purchases. Clean and well-organized layout.

This location rocks literally! The staff at this location....really "WoWs there customers. The Store Manager is very friendly and also the Asst. Store Manager Mr.Malcum that goes out his way to make every customer feel like family.
