The shelves are almost empty. For months now I have been unable to find simple things like cotton swabs and Microwave popcorn. Now there is a sign on the door saying all bags andpurses must be checked in behind the register. That tells you how sketchy the store is. Not coming here again. It is a waste of time

There was 2 cashiers in the store with one being trained by the other @ 3 :30 pm. It took me 35 minutes to be checked out with only 3 people ahead of me. The store is too junkie and dirty. I will NOT e shopping there anymore.

Fairly good selection of items, however after a few minutes of shopping an employee approached me and confronted me in front of other customers loudly about my backpack. There is no signage asking for bags to be turned in at the door, and no purses were being required to be held at the registers.I will not be returning to this location.

Lol,. Clean up the place. Looks like the staff walked out weeks ago. " And this store is being monitored for your safety". This location must be prepping for a scene of the walking dead. Sad operation ,. Pretty soon amazon will take your business if you don't do better.

A little pricey for a Family Dollar. Many of the items were available cheaper at Walmart. Store was well-stocked with a variety and the checker was friendly and competent. Lots of candy choices.

Over all customer service is lacking. Line too long is a constant complaint. Store cleanness and upkeep was disgraceful.

Great location near Xavier University but staff is very rude with customers. Store smells of sour mop water. Only one register is open. There are never any shopping carts available. Machines are always down so cash purchases are only to be made.

Only go there for certain things that are cheaper than other stores I shop. Other than that, I wouldn't shop at this location. From the bottom to the top, they are not friendly or helpful. It doesn't cost anything to smile. Just smile. That goes a long way with people. Especially in these crazy and chaotic world.

I didn't know why this store is still open! Besides the employees having thee worst attitudes ever the air is always broke, they registers are broken and it's always dirty. I've called cooperate severals times they clean it up but, ends up a mess a week later!

This a horrible family dollar they suppose to close at 10:00 PM and lock there doors at 9:30 PM this is unacceptable.

It's a place where you can go an find things such as: house hold items grocery, clothing, baby items etc. It's one of my stores that I shop a lot at.
