The cashier was very rude to an elderly man that was standing in line a few people in front of me. There was only one line going half way through the store down one isle only. There were two registers open. She yelled at him to get back in line when he was next. She then waited for the other cashier to take him before taking another customer. I do not recommend going here if you want to be treated like a person.

Worst dollar tree in the area. Those super positive reviews are suspect. Crazy amounts of empty shelves. It seems like they’re CONSTANTLY restocking, but there’s nothing on the shelves. It’s a mess. It’s not organized. I go to the one on Belle Chasse HWY. That one is also huge. Except that one is always well stocked and organized. Always clean.

This location is problematic. On previous occasions they have refused to wear masks and today on Monday March 8th 2021 I arrived at 8:55 pm. The store is supposed to close at 9pm. I needed one important item. I witnessed Trena lock the door as I approached. I began to knock and video record. She had to come to the door to let a customer out. I asked her on video why she was closing early and explained to her that I had come to purchase something that I urgently needed. She said that the manager told her to close the door. She then proceeded to close the door and lock it on me. The management is extremely poor at this location. When you have a manager that does not show leadership or professionalism it trickles down to the employees and you have a culture at this his particular location that is over familiar with clients and overstepping boundaries of decorum and basic courtesy as what acceptable conversation that would be tolerated in a retail environment . When the head of the snake is diseased so will be the body. I hope the regional manager disciplines the manager of this location. I love Dollar Tree but this location is buck wild.

Clean. Well stocked with what you came here to get and then some. Friendly staff who let me know that I had a $5 item and wanted to make sure I realized it. Which I didn't but appreciated the info. Thanks to whoever runs this ship!

This location is always out of something. The people in charge of ordering supplies, need to make sure they're stocked through the week.For most people, two or more days out of something, they're not coming back.There's usually some guy standing outside ,begging for change. There's always trash, blowing around in the parking lot.There should be someone outside sweeping up regularly.There's never enough registers open. 6 or more people waiting in line, with one register open ,is not good business.I don't think I've ever seen 3 registers open.There should be at least two registers open, people putting up stock and someone strictly to blow up balloons. One cashier, 5 or more people waiting in line and the cashier has to blow up balloons isn't good service.Hire more employees, so customers can get what they need and get out quickly.

Always a friendly vibe. This store sells everything and no matter if u enter there with a list u always leave with something that u never plan on buying. This is one of my favourite store especially for household things and decorations. Great store with friendly staff members.

This location is always dirty and full of unpacked boxes. Most of the time I've shopped there, I've had to physically move boxes or carts from the floor to get to a product. On this visit it was way too dirty in the store for me to even think, let alone shop, so I left without purchasing anything and went to the Belle Chase location.

this is the kindest staff i've seen in all the dollar stores, the cashier woman was typing, helping people, greeting them, great! I will neglect a store that was not very well established because there was not enough staff

I didn’t get to visit, I went to the door to open and it was locked so I called and I asked are you guys open well yes ma’am we are but this was an answer with attitude , do I said I pulled in the door and it was locked well ma’am it’s the other door I said I don’t see another door this is my first time visiting this store so I’m not familiar but now I see a that have plywood behind it , well ma’am that’s the door you use. I’ve worked in retail for over 15 years and this not the way I would have handle this conversation! I could have been corporate, you don’t know so I hope you’re reading this but probably not.

They need to clean it up it is very dirty and have a lot of stuff on the floor some of the cashiers are not very friendly they do not smile to the customer when you walk in need more training...

Not all dollar tree stores are the same, some have more then others,
