My dog has been groomed here several times and each visit has been a positive experience. He loves seeing the staff and just lights up. They do a great job getting all his loose fur off and trimming his nails. Highly recommend.

We LOVE Canine Connection! They treat the pups like they are family. They have private patio suites which allow the pups to enjoy their outside time. We love this feature as our pup loves to sunbathe. The overnight staff and webcams also give us peace of mind when we are away on vacation. The staff is so friendly and get so excited to see our fur baby. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to give their pup a home away from home!

I use Alex for grooming my Cavalier in the summer and Riley in the winter. They are fabulous. We board Ziggy when we travel and they pay special attention to him as he is a real companion and rarely alone at home.

I had to leave town and they took great care of my pups. They even called me and let me know when they ran out of their special food and sent someone to the local pet shop to pick it up. My pups do very well there and I never worry about them. Love being able to watch them on the cameras! Highly recommend! If you want a holiday stay, reserve early as they always fill up!

Almost as nice as a children's daycare! We've taken our dog here for boarding once and I love that they come out to greet the cars, making drop off super easy. The prices are reasonable and they have tons of space as well as grooming options. They have multiple rooms for different sized dogs and play levels. Our dog always comes home tired and they were really flexible about the length of time she needed to stay with the cancellation of parts of our travel plans. Their hours are really convenient and the staff is extremely welcoming. They also have a pool which I'm sure we'll take advantage of in the summer. They do a thorough vetting of all the dogs and put them through an interview process, which makes me feel better that they know the dogs that they look after. My only recommendation would be to update their website so you can book services online. They do a great job and we look forward to using their services again!

Diy Wash. Inexpensive, no Back & knee pains, no complete sanitation of bathroom. Clean & temperature controlled area. Felt more comfortable using the hair dryer in the fiberglass tub compared to metal (I'm very uncomfortable with metal, water, electricity combo) Shampoo x 3, cologne & many other amenities readily available.

Had a great experience here! Everyone that I spoke with was pleasant, seems like a really nice facility, and the staff seemed very attentive in doing everything in the best interest of the dogs. It is so convenient that they offer day boarding that is not "group play" since my pup doesn't like strange dogs at first. I loved knowing she was safe and comfortable while I explored NOLA for the day. The price is reasonable too. Thank you Canine Connection! :)

I love this place. My puppy loves it here. This is the only place I know that has a swimming pool for dogs. It's really a great thing for me to be able to bring my two dogs here in a comfortable setting to swim and make sure they feel comfortable. Especially, with the dogs days of summer heat coming. I hope one day to have a pool dog birthday party for my baby girl. Update: I was just informed the pool broke and is no longer available 😢... tears.

Absolutely the best boarding/daycare in the city!!!! The staff & management is excellent.Locally owned by Deedra Wing who is amazing on running that operation even down to using natural & the safest products in keeping her facility in impeccable shape. I take comfort that the owner is on hands and very very caring which is reflected through her team. The owner has also rescued, saved, and carried the costs of helping many animals over the years, cats, dogs, rabbits.The safest place for my pets. The only place for my pets. I live in mid city but it is worth the drive uptown for that peace of mind. It is staffed 24 hours 7 days a week. 👧

Excellent experience with my furbuddy being boarded for three days. The friendly staff helped him feel less anxious and when he was picked up he was happy, clean and ready to nap at home. 😊 Feeling really comfortable that we have found a great location to care for our pet when we must travel without him. The staff is super friendly and I have never had any qualms about leaving my dog with them. They have accommodated last minute reservations for daycare as well as slightly late pickups (not after 830 pm) due to my work schedule. My dog is always excited when we pull in to the parking lot in the morning and happily tired out after playing all day when I pick him up. I love the fact that I can see him play on their online video feeds. I love this business and the people who watch my pup while I work. Thank you all at Canine Connection!!!

I have been to Canine Connection several (probably 8-10) times. I have a 100-pound dog and like to use their self service dog wash. It’s convenient and there aren’t many in the city.However, one employee who is there every single time I go is so unprofessional and just downright rude. The set up of the place is: you drive up and they come outside to you. This allows them to completely ignore you if they choose to do so. The first time or two I was ignored, I thought it was an oversight. But then, after waiting and waiting in my car several more times, I watch this lady immediately come out to other cars the second they drive up and still completely ignore me. I have no idea what her problem is, but she needs to find another job.

We could not love our Canine Connection Family more. When we travel, we leave All Four of our Very Large Doggies with them for up to a Month at a time. Our guys adore the staff there and it's Obvious that Everyone there truly Loves the dogs and cares about their welfare. They are Super Patient even with a Couple of our Problem Children...
