Not a fan of self checkout. Especially when you have just a few things and lines are long. But this last visit, staff was very helpful and assisted me in checking out. I understand scan and pay is available. If so, that's a game changer. Much easier.

Poor customer service phone etiquette for online pickup for clothing. Before asking me what I ordered the guy told me in a very condescending tone that if I didn't pick up today it was going back on the self. Online says they'll hold 2-3 days. He said "the computer was wrong". "Grocery gotta be picked up in a few hrs". Thats not what I ordered. He should have checked my order before being so rude. He said I was rude to him and he hung up and now no one is answering the phone. I guess they're all at lunch. But Walmart hired him for customer service.(?)

Poor paint department. Clearance with crazy prices, no customer value. Frontend, one checker, 5 deep an seemed to be not an issue.

I had a wonderful customer experience at this Walmart, I needed an inexpensive but necessary item that wasn’t on the shelves at the time and the store manager Shelli looked in several places around the store, didn’t find it, so she went in the back and got the item for me free of charge! Was friendly and professional the entire time, and was extremely helpful.

Not one of the better Walmarts. Seems there's extra security which made me uneasy. The associates weren't personable. It functions well enough as an easily-accessible department store, but there's room for improvement.

Had a wonderful experience with someone I believe is named Janelle in the Electronics section today. You usually expect a certain amount of annoyance or low customer service coming to Walmart, but she was so very pleasant, helpful, and just made my day better with her smile and energy. Give that girl a raise!!

Got a bad experience with the white grandma employee at self checkout. When the self check out machine pop up red light she came and look at me like I’m so dump . Come on grandma it’s ur machine ok duh 🙄 u need to retired.

Horrible attitude in electronics department. I am 75 years old; I was disrespected, hollered at, and embarrassed by an employee there because I disagreed with her. I am retired having worked as a supervisor for the majority of my work years. This is unacceptable so my spending at this Walmart is done.

The store is clean, however the staff was not knowledgeable about where the products were located inside the store ....than pretended to help me only to run and hide however. I found what was needed on my own intuition of how every Walmart set normally is. The Pharmacist was extremely helpful she came from behind the counter to assist me. Overall it was alright.

only thing i will say is stupid. is the fact that they have a person on the machine waxing the floors in the middle of the day when ppl are everywhere trying to shop. just like when they stock the shelves. its so stupid , make ppl work at night and do it while yall are closed or go bck to 24/7. its both walmarts in new iberia. other then that its good place to shop and some employes have common sense.

They were out of nearly everything I went there to buy. The nectarines were mealy, gross and overly expensive. 3 of my manufacturers coupons were denied, even though I made sure I had the correct product. They had virtually no cashiers but they had people to watch over to make sure you were doing their job correctly. Never again.

The store needs to be renovated. Floors are falling apart. Shelves are often bare, and finding something is a chore. Isles need to be wider.Stop the self checkout!

I do not understand how these stores with their supposedly sophisticated inventory trackers always have shelves that look like THIS! I could have spent the entire day in there taking photos of gaps on shelves and products that have been out for weeks. Don't these stores have department heads who look over their area each day????

their produce section isnt that well kept as the last few times ive went ive came across rotted or rotting fruit. the employees are really nice and always willing to help the ones that ive encountered anyways. they do have a large selection of items to choose from and the store is always clean.

Newly Renovated and it's beautiful and clean and well stocked with food and everything you want. The people were very nice, helpful and friendly. I wish ours could be like that.

I absolutely love going to Walmart Supercenter the associates are always nice and professional always willing to give their help when I'm lost and can't find an item I appreciate that. My favorite section is the produce everything is always in an order fruits are always fresh and crisp like these beautiful grapes I got I suggest anyone to visit your local Walmart Supercenter as soon as possible

I had problem's finding things because it was my first time in this store. Then a lady who works there started helping me. She had a phone that locate everything! She stayed with me for about 15 minutes. She was so nice and helpful! I wish I had written down her name so I could give her a good review!

Poor customer service. Even managers bring their bad attitude and misery to work with them, this does not display leadership. So sad to go through distress to return an item. I’ll take my money and business elsewhere.
