Horrible Pharmacy service. Wait is terrible. Drive through you need a lunch or snack to wait. They don’t take phone calls anymore you are transferred to a call center.

This is the absolute worse pharmacy in the world. The workers are rude and not helpful at all. The waits are horrendous. They won't fill a prescription one day early no matter what the reason is. I hate dealing with this place but they make it hard to switch pharmacies. Walgreens needs to get it together.

The first time I've been to this walgreens, I used the drive thru and the person that waited on me wasn't pleasant AT ALL!!!! I'm glad that this was just a one time visit!!!! I wish that I could give zero stars!!!!!!

Every time I go here it’s 45 minutes to an hour wait?? I been a valued customer for years! Today they told me an hour wait and they didn’t even seem that busy I took my prescription back and went to L&M Pharmacy and it was a 5 minute wait! Walgreens get it together!!

The people working at the pharmacy are a special combination of severely incompetent and unethically spiteful. I can’t even count how many times they messed up my medication order. They leave my nurse practitioner on hold after telling me they need to speak with them. These are legitimately angry and stubborn as all hell just out of spite. Really dangerous to have individuals like this in charge of people’s vital medication. If they have a bad day it’s everyone be damned. And they have a bad day, every day.

Horriable it’s always a problem and they never have your medicine when you need it. It a dang shame they are still in bussiness. I’m transferring all my medicine to Walmarts soon cause ya getting way to much to deal with cause they are so unprofessional

Worst Walgreens in the State if not the Country.VERY RUDE, and no that works there is happy.Always a long line and forever wait. Close this store and concentrate on the other one.Absolutely terrible.

I don’t know who was on the phone but the the most horbbile people I ever delt with. I called they say they filling my meds I get there the says they ain’t go it. Then I get my other pharmacy to try and get the transferred Walgreens is rude and just hang up on me and the other pharmacy tec they just a horrible place

This Walgreens is awful. When I go to pick up my medicine, I get told it hasn’t been sent and I clearly have paperwork stating that it was. Also, for some reason everytime I use this specific Walgreens I have to come out of pocket for my medication. I can use a Walgreens in any other relocation and have zero copay, but this one always asks me to pay out of pocket and I refuse. They are robbing people.

My mother took my daughter there to get a prescription filled for an ear infection. I gave my mom a current copy of my insurance card.Walgreens told my mother I had no insurance. My mom called me at work and I contacted my insurance to confirm coverage. I called my mother back and told her I was covered. I could hear my mother in the background asking the employee to please check again. My mom politely offered to give her the phone to talk to me. The employee shouted at my mother "I DON'T NEED TO TALK TO HER" and told her to "SIT DOWN". Wasted my mom's time and rude when they were at fault. After I hung up with my mom they miraculously found my insurance info.

Very rude just left there lady say she couldn't fill my medication a non Africa American came to the other one walgreens ))down the street she say that wasn't true and she said she sorry how the lady act she was so rude
