Just want to shout of Brian for his kindness he showed tonight to two young men buying dog food but came up a few dollars short. Without hesitation he told them not to worry about it and covered it. It was very heart warming to see. Sandy checked us out and she was amazing and answered all our questions we had about the zero turn lawnmowers and financing on it! Definitely a lovely bunch of people who work here!

Tractor supply is like Lowe's and hobby lobby all rolled into one. Man cave, woman cave whatever. I find pretty much what I need in anything related to the homestead if it's not there it will be at Northern Tool. But Northern tool is not everywhere and tractor supply is almost everything and everywhere. They have good rural coverage as well as Urban. You can also get your propane tanks filled up....

This place. Specifically, the one in New Iberia, has a very poorly run staff. I drove all the way from Franklin for them to say they are closed when all I needed was one thing. I could have been in and out and spent a significant amount of money. They were just standing around, one of them smoking a cigarette or something. They said they were closed and it was five minutes till. I’m very upset. I have always gone to Tractor Supply in multiple locations, so if my business is not appreciated I am ready to take it elsewhere. I would give less stars if I could.

I absolutely love this tractor supply store. It is very well stocked. Super clean and organized. The staff here are awesome. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed. As well as efficient. They are all so sweet.And, treat the customers with the utmost respect . I just moved a couple of buildings from them. And, I know I will be there often. Their sellection is huge.. They deserve 10+ star rating..

I usually have good experiences coming to this Tractor Supply but the last time was far from good. I needed assistance in the flea and tick area since its locked so I went ask the cashier to call someone. She rolled her eyes as she grabbed for the phone. Then once I was done and ready to check out, I watched as she barely acknowledged any of the other customers, threw their items into bags, slammed the business phone onto the cash register to get it out of her way and all around rude and aggressive. I get people have bad days but to act like that is totally uncalled for. If it hadn't been for the other employee that I dealt with I would have just walked out and not come back to this location.

Was not allowed in the store because of the 1 person per vehicle rule. I had my daughter with me, so we was not allowed in. What does a mother do when it's just her and her child? I understand the severity of the rules but it's a inconvenience for me.

Called them to see if they had a specific medicine. The lady that answered the phone went, while I was on the phone, to go check for it. They had it and I left to go get it. When I got there she helped me get it and even remembered me calling. And took me to checkout herself. So nice. Can’t replace that kind of customer service.

I love all Tractor supply stores EXCEPT this one. A friend of mine and I stopped there to look at dog food brands. Well from the second we walked in the front door we were followed At close RANGE by the little boy that worked the register. I suppose to him we looked like shoplifters. Then when i told him to back off he sent a little girl to watch us. I will NEVER GO BACK THERE!

Love this place. Adopted a new dog and they were so wonderful helping us with all we needed. Loaded our dog crate and helped picking out food and leashes. Great customer service.

The only problem I have is they make me pay $20 for one day delivery for my cat litter, they won't let me do general delivery 3-5 business days I don't know why!

I'm glad New Iberia has a location finaly because it's a great store with a good and friendly staff and always has what I'm looking for and then always has that extra I might not know I need until I see it ! Lol

Terrible customer serviceWorkers standing outside playing around with people who dont work there right in front of the doorsI asked the manager if she had something in stock she didnt even look acted like she would be to bothered to helpAsked a worker didnt even have clue that she worked for tractor supply. Really gives this store a bad name with staff like that.
