I'm a regular shopper here, but today as I stepped foot into the store, an employee quickly and loudly declared, 'No outside drinks allowed in the store.' While I understand the policy completely, I felt disappointed that there wasn't even a simple welcome or greeting extended to me. It seemed like my presence was only noticed because of my drink, not because I was a valued customer. There could have been a better, more discreet way to inform me of the policy without drawing attention to it in front of everyone. Rude, unnecessary behavior.

Was looking for a long sock tie but I could not find any they did not have any but all in all there's a lot of junk in the store and it's a good place to shop if you're just wanting to kill time and look around

You can find some good deals on brand-name clothing and shoes here at times. Just be aware of knockoffs and dups do your research if you are worried about it being authentic.

Lot of clothes for cheap. Honestly, can find cheaper online. Customer service in my opinion is okay. Employees don't say hello or anything to me when I say hello. They just don't make small talk, when I try to. It just checkout and go.

Upon my arrival, I notice while trying to peacefully shop; the store manager was following me around the store. I then asked what was wrong after the third time. Laretta the store manager , had an attitude. I proceeded to check out. While checking out she approached the store counter and slammed store items she was carrying on counter. Very RUDE . New management please, completely unpleased.

I had just purchased a small drink from Arby's that is in the same parking lot. Walked in and was bombarded by a staff member yelling "UUUMM MA'AM...YOU CANT HAVE THAT DRINK IN HERE." Needless to say, my thirst was more important at the moment and I wasn't leaving my just purchased drink in the hot car. I left and won't return. I'm a grown woman and the drink had a lid. I'm not 3 running around with a ln open container.

First time at Ross, bought a fragrence for my father for 4th of July. Keep in mind the fragrence box had no wrapper on it and was already somewhat opened when I got it. It was $17, but figured why not, its probably used. Come to find out he already had the fragrence so I went return it and they told me because the box had been opened that I couldn't exchange it for another fragrence. I tried telling them that it had no wrapper on it and was already previously opened, but apparently they dont resell fragrances that's been used. Weird cause could have sworn it was already opened before my purchase, box was in rough shape. I'll get any other fragrence I need from T.J.Maxx or Marshall's in Lafayette. Their return policy is better and they take better care of their products

Needs sanitary station at entrance, masks, sanitized baskets, etc.The area around the restrooms are a mess. Needs to be cleaned up.I realize this is an older store but a little attention to detail goes a long way.

It was ok, very hot inside and beeping noise from smoke alarm is loud and annoying. I did find a nice door mat for $5

Maybe 1/8 of the store holds the men clothes, while 3/4 of the store holds women's clothes. Seems a little sexist.
