Sent in today with my dad for the first time and was treated as a theft. I went in looking for a jacket for work and purchused a lunch bag instead. My dad went to the rest room and I went to sit on the bench but the alarm went off. I was rudely told that merchandise was not allowed and that u should read a sign that was never there. My father and I were stalked around the whole store by a man with a face full of tattoos trying to play it off by tying his shoes.people can walk around carrying an item they will pay for. never going back. Don't care how cheap the prices are I like to window shop without being treated like a damn theif.

Roses is a very nice discount place to shop for a variety of things. I enjoy shopping for clothes, household items, wedding gifts and so much more.

Purchased an item less than two weeks ago and I went to return. Item was still in the box and I had my receipt. The cashier called for the manager to approve the return. The manager, Kim, came up there and rudely said "I'm not taking that back" and when asked about the 30 day return policy WITH receipt she said well the policy changed. I asked what was the new policy and she said, you have the day of or the day after to return. Instead of being a professional she was rude as hell. I then called another location who told me that the policy NEVER changed and that I still had 30 days to return. Way to go Roses for hiring real "professional managers", you have lost a customer.

I'm giving you all 5 stars hats off to all the works. .Place is nice and neat that's in the store clothes put together so , nice very impressive. Two things are bad first the lighting when you walk in is dark. The other is the restroom is totally horrible . Please , remodel the workers work hard to keep up the floor least have a nice restroom for them and customers. It worth the drive on a nice day I went thought rain was over but came down going this because I work in Lafayette but live in carencro .so go on a sunny day you're be happy you did . thanks to the friendly people.

Still a nice place to shop wish the clothes was cheaper so you can actually buy something from the clothes area but everything else is a better price for people who are on a budget and need stuff for the house and they play good music which is great and the people are friendly.

Manager assisted us with our purchase super helpful. Customer service like that gets five stars from me every time. He was genuinely sincere and cared. I will shop here again and again.

My mom and I love Roses. We used to go there in South Carolina and were pleased to see them here too. They offer a variety of household goods at affordable prices.

I Love the store, however my fiancé and step child were harassed by an employee due to her asexuality. The associate questioned her about her dating a woman and stated that she was going to hell all in front of our 4 y.o. The associate went as far as grabbing S.D. by her arm as well as tried to hold her bags in exchange of her telling her more about OUR RELATIONSHIP. THIS IS harassment on so many different levels!!!!!! I will be seeking legal advice on this matter. Believe in whatever you want to believe in AND leave the judgment for GOD!

The cashier was so busy showing a friend pics on her phone that she never spoke to me or looked at me. She just scanned my item as if no one was there. She handed me my receipt without even turning her head away from her friend. Extremely rude.This has happened to me before at this same store. Very bad customer service. I won't be returning and I will let my friends and family know.Cashier's name begins with an A.

The women's clothes (because they are imported from a foreign country) smell funny. I just can't stand the odor. I bought some sandals years ago, and just got to to wear them once. The came apart afterwards. There is ALWAYS a (slow) line ):
