There not many selection of fish to choose from and the ones that ate there or not in stocks. But was assured by storw associate that on Fridays they restock. So the best tike to see a variety of fish would be on a Friday.

Little pricey but had what I needed. Excellent customer service. This was the New Iberia store. Lafayette store not impressed and customer service was bad. Acted like we were unconvincing her and didn't take us to the product. Had us searching like mad and they were out of what Were looking for. Will never go to the one on Ambassador ever again.

Great costumer service. Store is neat and clean. It's very easy to find what I need. Grooms are also pretty good at what they do. Employees are always nice and friendly. Shelves are always stocked with what I need.

Went to Pet Smart in New Iberia, La this evening for dog food and a coat for my chiuhaua. He doesn't like winter. As usual we were greeted with smiles when we entered. There was a beautiful lab mix and his human shopping when we went in. He must be a regular. The clerks seemed happy to see them and told us this lucky lab goes on runs and bike runs with his human. I guess they learn a lot about pets when they visit the store. We love talking about our babies and they always seem happy to listen to us go on and on about our pets. We love going there to see the friendly associates as well as the great products. Can't wait for my next visit.

It's like taking a child to a toy store. I don't know about you but, I have purchased toys for both a child and my pet thinking it was awesome only to find out they didn't like it at all. Pet Smart is a pet friendly store. The prices compared to the quality is great. The toys always last longer than the ones a dollar cheaper at Walmart.

Well lite parking, easy in and out on to two different main streets. Very helpful employees, but unfortunately they where out of the cookie my puppy loves. Had to go to a different Pet Smart. Resonablely priced. Usually a good supply.

My dog was groomed by Missie this morning and I have to say she is better than top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable and a great groomer. The cashiers are friendly and quick and the store is well kept. We will be back for grooming for sure!

Drove 35 mins to come to an appointment ! For them to tell me they won’t cut my dogs hair cuz he’s not 6 months! But i already got him trimmed before! Rude workers ! Y’all definitely can find better groomers! Never coming back

They never have stock of either brand of the pet food we use! Ever! Don't even think about catching a sale...no stock! This is the only store within an hour from my house, so it makes it extremely frustrating that I can't ever actually get what I need. What's the point of having a store in that location if you never have your product in stock??

My husband and I went to this Petsmart to buy a pair of dog clippers and an employee there named Shannon was the best!! She spent a lot of time with us explaining the different clippers and which one was the best and why it was the best. She explained the return policy as well in case the clippers didn't work for us and she also helped us find grain free dog treats. I would highly recommend this Petsmart!!
