I would give this store negative zero stars if I could. Took over a month after signing the contract for them to send installers out, they sent the complete wrong materials then took that back and sent the correct materials but were missing a bunch of very important pieces, then once the fence was up the left over supplies was left on my lawn. The lack of communication between this store and the customer is appalling I paid 5,000 for my fence and paid in full.

The people on the night crew are more helpful than some of the office people during working hours. The delivery men are helpful with the large stuff. The ladies in the front at the services are the best. Be nice and polite to them and will help with anything.

I ordered appliances for my new home. Appliances came in by delivery. We opened the box 4 days after delivery and noticed the stove was the wrong size which was our fault. Tried to exchange it and they would not because it was past 24 hrs after is was delivered. Opened the fridge and notice a ding in it. They would not exchange that also. I spent $7,500 in appliances. I will never spend a dime there again.

Fantastic experience today with the staff. I returned an item, got help from a young smiling salesman in the lighting department and checked out with a very friendly young woman at the checkout counter. Very nice to have such friendly and courteous service. Keep up the good work.

I had been a loyal Lowe's customer for over 40 years. Today's Vist was like the last couple of visits. I needed lawn mower blades and one question.. I walked the entire store twice and could not find any emplyee. I passed up 3 other customers looking for an employee for help with no luck. I finally found and 85 year old gentleman that pointed . NO MORE LOWES FOR ME.

Nice orderly store. Everything was in its logical place and assistants were very helpful. We didn't have any issues finding assistance, in fact, we were greeted by an assistant in every section we visited, whether we needed assistance or not. The attendant in self-checkout was very amiable and wasn't perturbed when she had to clear out an erroneous transaction that occurred as we bagged our items.

Just spent 30 minutes in the store the customer before me could not purchase what he wanted because they could not find the correct pricing. I went in to buy paint found a discounted gallon they could not override at the register waited another 10 minutes and no one came needless to say I won’t be painting anything today. Had the same experience this weekend waiting more than 35 minutes to check out because The same attendant at the register was having trouble getting the codes correct

Went into this location for help with assistance. Spoke with two assistant managers who was there at the time and they blew me off. Gave me very ugly looks. Very frustrating as a customer the managers look down on other people when they need help. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Went to 2 different Lowe’s looking for an item that online said was in stock and neither of them actually had it in stock. Called this store to check if it was actually in stock and got transferred 4 different times back and forth between the pro desk and customer service. Finally just had to hang up because everyone was too lazy just to walk and check if they had that item

First of all we are doing a huge remodel on our kitchen and have spent thousands at the Lowe's in new Iberia... I'm leaving a one star(and really they shouldn't even get a star) because me & my dad went to get wood for the kitchen walls.. get there.. we asked for help with taking the wood from the top shelf(which required a forklift) we just wanted them to put it down where we can get it loaded.. well the lady told me there was a truck before us that they needed to unload before they could get to us.. what we needed would have took maybe 5 mins at best when what they was doing(unloading truck) would have took close to an hour.. so we waited a few minutes.. because they said it wouldn't "take long" 😒 yea right!.. my dad & I finally decide to load it ourselves.. so we are reaching up way above our heads trying to get down 20-30 pound pieces of wood sheets which we needed 6.. fun adventures..we go check out which was ok process.. went to load the stuff into the truck and no one would help us.. believe me it was heavy heavy stuff... 2nd reason for the review.. we ordered custom flooring.. went to pick it up.. we were told to go to the back to flooring.. we get there and there are 2 workers standing around with an older lady who is talking on the phone with customer support.. I ask the lady if she could pls run and grab my flooring which was only 2 boxes we needed to complete our floors.. she very rudely said no I am with a customer right now you will have to wait .. um excuse me... It doesn't take 2... TWO! workers to assist someone on the phone!!!! They could have simply went get my order really quick... Better yet give me the info I'd go get it myself it probably would have been faster... Anyways decided to go to customer service in front.. the young lady Victoria who was running Customer support was so sweet and willing to help us .. she got the young man doing online order pickup to go get our flooring which literally took all of 5 mins... While waiting for the young man we found out the lady in flooring was actually one of the managers...named jaine... Well they need to get rid of her and half of the workers there because they are LAZY!!! run & hide instead of helping the people who keep the store up & running by purchasing stuff from the store.. I say get rid of rude jaine and make Victoria from customer service the manager... Seems she gets the job done.. and in a timely mannerSincerely!Customer who will now drive 20 minutes to the Abbeville Lowe's because atleast I get service there. 🤔

Like a lot of others, I use Lowe's quite a bit for home projects and have very little difficulties!7/8/22 picked up a $10 door handle and installed it, works fine!2/9/23 stopped by for some garden supplies in and out easy as pie!4/11/23 spring stock is in the store, and I had no problem getting what I needed.

Went to Lowes today to talk with someone about a whole home generator. The first two employees I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about and then said they would get me to someone who could help me. Which I was so appreciative for but when I was speaking with this employee he basically knew nothing about what I was talking and then had the nerve to answer a personal phone call on his cell phone while helping me. I found this extremely unprofessional and then when I went to make a complaint at the customer service desk the woman looked at me like I was stupid. I literally had to ask for her to take down my name and number so a supervisor could call me and I still have not received a call back. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
