To see the vet get emotional I knew I was in the right place. Everyone in the office was so kind. It was one of the hardest things I've done to let my baby go. This place used to be our first choice in animal care, until we realized how unprofessional, lazy, and greedy majority of the staff is. But what was the final straw for us was when they continued giving my dog heartworm preventative without properly treating the heartworms but charging nearly double what other vets quoted for treatment.

Only Vet near me that was open on a Saturday!! All local offices wanted $200 & up just to walk thru the doors. The lady who answered the phone was so friendly! My husband brought our Mal there for the first time and we were satisfied with results & treatment. From now on this will be our new Vet along with the sister clinic in Franklin which is closer for us. Thank y’all so much!!

Absolutely hands down the worst experience at a veterinarian clinic I have had. Went on three separate occasions, each time was the same. The staff could care less about your fur baby and care an awful lot about talking about their personal lives at the ceo t desk I stead of assisting you with your pets needs. If your fur baby has anxiety or a b y type of dog aggression from past experiences such as a rescue (as my babies are rescues) please thi k twice before purring yourself and your fur baby through the trauma of attending ALL CREATURES

We are traveling and one of our dogs was not feeling well. They got us in the day we called and were very attentive to our concerns and showed great compassion for our Roxy. Staff showed great teamwork as one front desk lady was supposed to be leaving but they had quite a few people come in, so she stayed to help her coworker with no thought other then the people who came in and not leaving all the work for her coworker. If I lived in this area they definitely would be our veterinarian clinic!! Thanks everyone!!!

I can't say enough about this business!!! In order for my kids to show chickens for 4H, they had to have additional health papers from a veterinarian on top of testing done by the State. I believe I called every vet's office within a 30 mile radius and every other office acted like they never heard of such a thing. Many of them couldn't wait to hang up on me without even helping refer myself to another veterinarian's office. They really do handle all creatures. Everyone there was real nice and the paperwork was done before I even walked out of the office. This is coming from a person who has raised dogs, cattle, racehorses, sheep, mini horses, etc. I know some veterinarians to say the least. At least I thought I did...This place will have my business from this point forward.

Best place to bring your fur babies in the surrounding area, hands down. They’re a compassionate team and the doctors explain everything that is going on during any exams. I’ve been with All Creatures for 5 years now and never had any negative experiences. Friendly staff, clean and safe environment for your pets, and very affordable.

I have brought my Cat, Eleanor, here for her vaccines and to be spayed. Everything about the experience was comforting. The procedures were explained to me in detail at the time of scheduling, at confirmation of appointment, and at drop off. Any questions/concerns I had were addressed immediately. They were open about costs up front and even printed out a estimate so that I knew what to expect. I will continue bringing my animals to this facility. The staff is professional. The Doctors are knowledgeable. The pricing is expensive in my mind, (maybe I am uneducated on costs/prices) but reasonable in comparison to other vets. Plus with a facility ran like this, I'll pay this price.

I have had several animals over the years and the treatment they received was excellent. I can't say enough about them! They worked with me for treatments and boarding. When I work out of the country, I never had to worry if something could go wrong. I love the way everyone at All Creatures treated not only my babies, but me and the rest of my family. 🐶

Do not see Dr Shannon Gonsoulin whatever you do. My dil brought her dog in on Friday very lethargic and pale. Had been vomiting and diarrhea all morning. He wanted to give meds and send home so my dil said he’s very pale isn’t there something you can do and he said well I can do a fecal. Which he did and it was negative. By Sunday he was worse had to bring him to emergency vet in Lafayette and now they are saying goodbye to their baby. All Dr Shannon had to do was take some blood work and he probably could have been saved. So I would recommend not bringing any pet you love to him. When he was spoke to about this he was so non chalant about it. The whole staff in Lafayette was so caring and had so much compassion for us and Ace.

We have had 5 cats looked after by All Creatures caring vets, vet techs and the receptionists too, during the last 20 years.There have been treatments and surgeries all competently discussed first. Recently a very caring, necessary euthanasia was carried out. Thank you Dr. Rebecca.
