I brought my feral cat to be spayed at a great discount . I received a phone call after “peanuts” surgery informing me that she did well with no complications. I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

Brought my Pomeranian here. never been to this place but the reviews looked good. Boy did I make a mistake!!!!!THEY BUTCHERED MY DOG. She looks so choppy, uneven and just overall a terrible haircut.The groomer should be ashamed for allowing a dog to leave looking like my dog did. CHOPPY!!! Looks like the guard fell off halfway through.Let me elaborate. My dog is 13 years old, she is a sweet heart and calm demeanor. She’s been groomed numerous times by multiple people. I myself have even groomed her! She is not a hard dog what so ever. If you are rough with her tho, she will be difficult, as we all would be if a stranger was being rough with us. My dog is now terrified of the kitchen sink, water and a brush.I know for a fact the people here were man handling my dog. She was scared to even be touched by me and my fiancé!!!!When my dog was picked up she was pushing the guys hands away from her and he was intentionally antagonizing her and laughing.This place doesn’t care about your dogs.My dog has NEVER been a hard dog to groom!!! She is extremely easy.Go somewhere else if you’re considering this place. Please.

I would give 1 star but theres not a place for 0 stars. Instructed how I wanted my dog cute and they cute it how they wanted I couldn't even put a bow in her hair after worst haircut any of my 3 dogs ever got didn't even clean her face. On top of that I was quoted a price of 45 to 50 dollars and when I went to pick her up they charge me 60 cause she had a dime size knot on her tell. Worst experience ever.....Do not recommend.

Been coming here for years (since about 2011 or 2012) for my puppies to dogs of shots and grooming needs!!!The staff is very friendly and resourceful as well...I would definitely recommend...

After petsmart declined taking one of my dogs for having a medical condition I called Acadiana and they were very friendly and were able to get both of my dogs in the next day for a bath. When I walked in staff was attentive, welcoming and well organized. Highly recommend them!

Staff is GREAT! Took our dog in for annual rabies, and had her nails trimmed while I was there. Cost was amazing....much better than the pet store where I usually have her nails trimmed.

For basic vetenarian care Dr White is the best. He does not have xray or ulteasound type technology. But he has compassion for you and your pet. Friendly staff and your seen first come first serve. They also do bath, grooming and boarding. Don't expect to go in after noon and see the Dr. He only works half days.

My dog loves everyone here. They treat hum like family. Sometimes I get my dog bathed and sometimes he stays overnight, either way, it's always a great experience.
