I literally hate this place. I can't think of a time where I had worse service and the staff doesn't matter because it changes every other day anyway. It doesn't matter what pharmacist they employ, they are still terrible. The service sucks. The audacity in the way they speak to you sucks. They obviously can't count to 30 because I always run out of my meds before 30 days. I'd rather take my chances selling a kidney on the black market for my prescriptions then have to deal with their elite idiocracy and illiteracy. My prescriptions have been wrong every single time I use them. They cant even get my address or birthday right despite the multiple times ive tried to rectify them. I really just wish this store would crumble.

If I could give no stars I would. Some staff members are rude and if you call they pick up and put you back on hold. Not professional. Additionally, they have alerts you can sign up for they never work and occasionally when they do work they work to well. So if you have multiple medication instead of them doing a single alert like it used to. It’ll do multiple alerts when it does finally do it but the alerts are never right. The convenience of the drive-through used to be the reason to go at least that I didn’t have to deal with anyone directly to some extent, but their drive-through had been closed for almost a month or so at this point and it’s just now opening back up, our Walgreens sucks, and most of their stuff does to at least in the pharmacy I find the ladies upfront are very nice.

Do not schedule a booster shot here; there are other options where they treat you much better! Complete disorganization and callus to your time and needs. I made an appointment and arrived 15 minutes ahead of time as directed by the website where I made the apptn. I stood in the "Vaccine check-in here" line, only to be told to go stand in the prescription line. Then 15 minutes after my apptn time, I approached the pharmacists and asked if I can get a booster shot and was told with contempt , that he was busy and would get to me when he was done (been there 30 minutes at that point). They were not very busy. I cancelled and left.

I am a practicing physician. This walgreens has caused more problems for my patients than all other pharmacies combined. They continuously refuse to fill prescriptions for my transgender patients, consistently manufacturing excuses as to why only these prescriptions are a problem. They also misgender my patients continuously and myself as well when I call to correct them. They are arrogant and bigoted, and I urge all to avoid this pharmacy.

If I can rate zero stars I would! Super unprofessional and organize. I was supposed to go get vaccinated and they cancel my appointment because the system is down. After I already took off from work. Worker was super rude. Now I have to reschedule a whole new appointment and all of the following days are booked up. They were so rude and not understanding at all!

Called around 4:30 pm and asked if they had some medicine I need for my diabetes because I just ran out. After being on hold for an hour and being sent through three different departments I was finally told they have some. Once I showed up the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because they closed soon and it would take to long.

I have had a great experience each time I have needed to go to the pharmacy.Fast , professional helpful staff and private consult with pharmacists available if I have concerns or questions . They also text and call you when meds are ready.

On 03/08/2021 I visited the Walgreens pharmacy. The first thing that caught my attention was the fact that there were 12 people in line. I only needed 2 items. Since 1 was medication, I went to check out at the pharmacy. There was 1 customer in front of me and 2 people sitting in chairs. As I was approaching the cashier, she told the people to get in line and jump in front of me to be checked out.😡 I had been waiting 7 minutes. I simply walked away. The cashier was a young blond haired girl wearing glasses. She need to learn Customer Service.

Photo center is terrible! First experience i ordered a small canvas same day which was not ready until the next day and had to make 2 trips the second day because it was not ready the second time I went so on the third attempt I had to wait 30 plus minutes for it to get ready...fast forward to 10/10 I ordered another small canvas for my mother's birthday which is on 10/13 I go to pick up an hour later after receiving confirmation my order was ready and my order wasn't and I was told by the manager it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow 10/11 due to him having a broken arm...okay understood well I decided to go back after work to.pick up at 7p on 10/12 I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to tell me it wasn't ready once I told her my name. I ordered same.day pick up for 10/10 and 2 days later on 10/12 it was still not done...the girl told me I would have to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready I simply asked for a refund due to the unprofessionalism and laziness of the employees. If I could give 0 stars I would definitely find another photo center to order from from on...

Our local Walgreens Pharmacy used to be really good, bit constant personal changes in the pharmacy have really been bad. I have gotten and paid for antibiotic prescriptions that had been previously filled (and they can't take them back), received a prescription of Xanax that I hadn't asked to be filled, and have been asked to pay for a prescription that I had picked up weeks before. Prescriptions that were supposed to be ready in an hour and half are still not filled the next day. I am ready to change pharmacies. I can't trust them anymore.

Went to this Walgreens to get the Covid-19 vaccine dose #1. The pharmacy had a sign hanging "Enter here for Covid-19 vaccinations". Handed over our completed paperwork, couple of quick mandatory questions, and got the vaccination. Then you're instructed to sit and wait 15 minutes for adverse reactions. Did not set a stopwatch but estimated total time less than 25 minutes. Store clean and staff efficient.

Worst pharmacy ever. Would give negative stars if I could. The pharmacy staff are uneducated , rude, and could care less about their customers. I have never seen such uncaring people in medical field. I had our family members prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy in town a couple years ago, after repeated bad experiences. Today , I had to use their pharmacy again because mine had run out of stock on urgent med. Well , all new workers are there, but the bad service and bad attitudes are all the samesame as before.

Save yourself the trouble, don't fill your prescription here. The first time I filled here I came back to pick up and the staff had left my prescription paper on the counter and forgotten to fill it. The second time I dropped off one bottle for refill and another paper prescription. I came back an hour or two later and they informed me that my medicine was out of stock and to try after 12 pm the next day. When I came back AGAIN the next day, a full 24 hours after I dropped my prescription off, they told me my medicine wouldn't be in stock for 4 more days! Keep in mind this is very important SSRI medication that has serious effects on mental health if not taken every day. I don't mind the meds not being in stock, but NO phone calls? No alert? Having to come back three times? No thanks.

Not sure how they stay open. Tried to pick up medication. Waited in car pick up line 20 min. Was told to come inside after I was waited on. Went inside, waited 20 more minutes and was told prescription was being refilled and I could wait 30 more minutes.

I've called for 2 days in a row trying to get a prescription taken care of. 1st day was on hold for 2 hours finally had to hang up. 2nd day finally got to a real person just for them to continually pick up the phone and say hold please and place me back in hold. Horrible Horrible customer service.

Best pharmacy ever!!! I arrived early to pick up a prescription that was scheduled to be ready at a later time. No worries. Walgreens fast, experience pharmacists got it to me within a couple of minutes. Thank you!

The location seems clean and we'll kept. This location doesn't offer 24 hour services, which is a great incentive. The employees here are not quite friendly. Not unfriendly, just indifferent.

If I could give this Natchitoches location a 0, I would. The McDonald's drive thru is faster than here.
