Really does not have much..we need Theisen's Home Farm Auto...TS does not compare.Someone really needs to focus on men's clothes and caps. No browning or ariat caps...it's ashamed that we have to go out of town.

We live in Texas about 2 hours away from this location, but we were in Natchitoches for pleasure and decided to make a pit stop here on our way back to get some shavings for our horse stalls. We frequent many TS in our local area, but this location absolutely blew us away. The staff was incredibly nice. We didn't catch the name, but we are thinking possibly the franchise owner checked us out and he went above and beyond for us to swap a product when we realized we had a bunch of $10 rewards. He didn't even bat an eye at having to go through some loopholes to make the swap. He was incredibly helpful and kind. THEN we walked out to our truck just to see our shavings were already loaded in the bed of our truck!! Our several local TS would never ever put that kind of work into loading out.. especially without us requesting it. The store was large, clean, and had tons of great products that we hadn't seen at other locations. Again, absolutely great experience. Enough for me to want to come on here and share it.

I always enjoy shopping here because it is hassle-free and they have so many things to look at that you wind up wanting even though you went here to buy something else.Found what I wanted and going back to buy somethings that caught my eye and interest.

These are great stores but were abit understaffed when I was there. At least a line of 6 cars arrived as I parked which was unusual at 3pm; a parade? Some just sat in their cars which is peculiar because they pulled up pretty fast; a romantic rendezvous? I see it everywhere, Its a peculiar phenomenon going around town.

20mins standing by the glass case waiting for someone to come open a case in the equine section for horseshoe nails my final stop in the store. The lady at the register even called over the intercom system for someone to come over there. The store is dead literally probably two or three people in it and the only person you see in front is the one lady working the register I did a lap around the store before I even asked her to call. So after 20 minutes of no help I placed the rest of my would-be purchases on the Shelf and walked out making sure to thank the lady in front and letting them know they lost all future sales to me. It's sad when you have to go out of your home City to get better service

The prices are pretty decent compared to others and they also allow dogs! Our pup really enjoys being able to go on outings with us and they were nice enough to allow him in!

Great staff, always helpful and well versed in their products. They provide programs for the humane society, and have been more than helpful with strays and litters we have tried to help and adopt out.

Went to purchase carhartt jeans for my husband. The carhartts were all off the self. When asked, was told they were on a reset, I have no clue what that is. Finally, was told they should be in the area, they were, butt stacked in the buggies. The only answer I got was, a shoulder shrug and " that's corporate for you". I needed 5 pair of carhartts; at 39.99 each ×5, decent sale list. 🤷‍♀️

The store in natchitoches, la cant Un load trucks at their delivery time or they cant get ahold of the drivers to let them know what is going on or if somethings changed. They are rude dont take others in to consideration would not recommend coming here to unload or buy any thing if i could give negative stars this pkace would get a negative 5

Prices aren’t marked on items. Took a picture of the price tag on the shelf to show the cashier. She charged me the wrong price and argued with me. Not going back. Staff is terrible

Customer service is horrible. I was able to walk to the back of the store and back to the front without ANYONE acknowledging me. When I finally started to ask an employee a question she completely ignored me!

This is a great store but the prices on alot of the stuff in this store is quite high. Found a few things in there that was triple the cost in other near by stores

Love how friendly the staff are and how clean the bathroom and store are. They usually have propane on sale, but call ahead to make sure they have some.

Spent over $5K on a mower and STILL couldn't get fast service! Why is it they only have one checker when the line wraps around the inside of the store?! Worse than Wal-Mart.
