Great little sweet shop. They carry chocolate covered apples along with strawberries and other sweet and fruit items. There are baskets to purchase, with an abundance of items, to send to family or friends for special occasions. The ladies who own the shop go above and beyond in the customer service area. Don't forget to purchase one of their cups of lemonade to quench your thirst as you explore the Natchitoches river front. You won't be disappointed.

Went to this place for ice creamWhen we walked in it smelt like mold. The lady took our order then disappeared behind a white curtain to make our order. We heard kids playing then someone sneezing multiple times while out ice cream was being made. She reappears with the ice cream and tells us to have a nice day. I was so disgusted I refused to eat it. For your health I’d advise not to eat from here.

I went in to retrieve my order and gave my name to the lady at the front desk. When she went to look for the order she said they didn't have an order under that name. So, I called a friend who placed the order to confirm that it was in my name. I told the lady at the front that "Yes ma'am, that is the name that it should be under." She went back to look again and low and behold the order was there. As I was paying the lady whispered to a coworker that "...that wasn't the name she gave me early, she's lying about it now so she doesn't look stupid...". Sure the product is good but her attitude will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

This business deserves a “Big Zero” instead of one star. Owner didn’t greet us. We greeted her. She was on her cell phone and didn’t seem to be interested in serving us. She was the only person in the store. The smoothie was not good and she served it in a paper Starbucks Cup instead of a styrofoam cup and this type of cup does not retain cold items. I asked for a straw with a cover and she said they only carried loose straws. She had placed her hand on the straw and I did want to put it in my mouth. In addition, I did not see her wash her hand before preparing my smoothie. She did something unbelievable. I have never seen anyone do at a business. She followed me outside after I left the store. As we were leaving I told my daughter about the owner not washing her hands. When the owner followed me outside she told me she wore gloves. However, there was red juice on her hand which indicated she did not wear any gloves. In addition, she told me I didn’t have to get the smoothie since I preferred a covered straw and other customers didn’t mind the loose straw. I now understand why no customers were in this business. With the way, she spoke to me I don’t see how she stays in business.

Unfriendly staff. Also, I ordered a milkshake and it made me sick. The milk in it was spoiled. Do not recommend buying from this place.

My friend Dain and I came down just to get away from Alexandria, we both were off work and had a beautiful time in Natchitoches. We decided to get some ice cream and something to drink (coke’s). The staff was wonderful and friendly. I definitely will be supporting her business. With the Covid and everything else. This is the time to help someone else come up in life. Please support this business. She have to beautiful daughters, 9 and 10 year of age and one on the way. The owner is having another beautiful daughter. Congratulations mom!!! And the 9 year old even song a beautiful song and melted my heart. ❤️❤️❤️

These ladies in here are ANGELS. Today is my girlfriends birthday, and I only had a little bit of cash on me to get her something for her birthday. Enough to buy a half of a dozen of chocolate strawberries. THEY GAVE ME A DOZEN, without me even asking or knowing me. They heard me on the phone talking to the bank to dispute charges. These two women I couldn't thank enough. Please if you are ever in the area stop by and get some great treats. This a neat store. Great location and generous operating hours. The convenience of a nice quick treat in the afternoon, when all the local stores are already closed, is fabulous. Service is also friendly.
