We have bought 4 expired items in the last four weeks here. Onions, drinks, potatoes and dog food all expired. Be sure to check expiration dates on everything because they are aware and still sell it.Update today is March 17, 2024 and we just bought Savoies Tasso that expired on March 13. Every single one on the shelf was expired when getting a replacement, all 20+ items. The manager was nice and said they would double check everything like always. That is five expired items in five visits. When will this grocery store begin inspecting their products? I’m really tired of buying expired food. Check expiration dates at this location.

The cashiers are some rude. They need to go in the back n everyone on the floor needs to be in the front cuz their so pleasant as you walk thru and eager to help. The store shelves are almost always empty tho

I showed up as soon as they open the doors to the public , and they where fully stocked on everything I needed to get.... when it came time to check out the only had 1. Register open and had three people before me, but I didn't have to wait to long in line cuz the cashier was moving pretty fast....

If you are looking for a bargain by all means stop here! I found cake pans by glad heavy gold non-stick normally 9dollars for one discounted $4.50 cents whey protein powder normally $30 paid $15 plus many more. Excellent customer service. I was treated with utter most respect by all employees on the evening shift especially the grocery bagger who insisted on bringing my grocery to the car and said ladies should only carry their hand bag. What a remarkable man.

There is an adjacent gas station that has the lowestprice for gas in town, with easy in and out, so that is my go to place for gas.

Got what I was looking for. Love the fact that mandarins were on sale. Cheapest price in the country. I went to the seafood section and wanted to order fresh shrimps, I rang the bell, but no one came so I just got some frozen shrimps instead.

Not a large grocery store so it to me is very in and out it's hardly ever crowded when I go and you get a selection of what a person needs. The management seems to be great the workers are wonderful and smiling and as always I am very thankful to the man upstairs for anything that is convenient as Super-One.thank you again to the management and employees all of you are very important so my god bless all of you stay safe wear your seatbelt.

There deli closed at 7, and when we needed to get something on the road going to my grandparents house we couldn't get anything 😭 I personally did not go inside, so there isnt much I can say. I will say that there were some people fighting and cursing in there parking lot and it was scary to my younger brother, but there wasnt really anyone shopping if you just need to run in and grab somthing.

Super 1 & brookshires have a special employee culture and standards...too bad mc Donald's and walmart can't implement the same practices. Clean courteous and always helpful

This market could be easily so good and be a neat alternative to W/Mart; maybe filling a desparately needed niche type grocery store in a town deprived of many of the basic amenities, but it doesn't work out that way. Service is friendly, and it doesn't have the chaos of W/Mart but the only apparent deal here are their sometimes big meat discounts for choice meats; not bad. This could be an effective business strategy with abit of marketing, pattern, and effort. It would be great if they had more of a 'whole food' franchise approach but it is doubtful the local residents would appreciate it.

Every time I go to the old Super 1, they never have enough registers open. Some of the cashiers are rude, and just put to much in a bag. Also, there to lazy to put cokes tea, etc., In a bag. I have arthritis in my hands, and it makes it easier for me to carry.

The Pharmacy is not up to par at all. I was supposed to have medicine delivered, they never showed up! It takes 2 to 3 days to get prescriptions filled. That's something I never experienced in my life.

Clean offers variety of meats and products that are not available at the other Super Markets.... But, pricey! Prices are higher even products that are less expensive at other markets... You would have to really look for the sales.

A very Christian store. Helpful with a caring staff. Fruits are always fresh. Whenever I don't feel like cooking, there's a deli with fresh hot meals.

Pluses and Minuses since switched from Brookshire's, a little rearranged but actually seems to have more selection of price-conscious items. Lots of parking, carts. No more car-service bag boys or loyalty program.

Friendly and courteous staff. A cashier will open a new line if there are many people waiting. Good sale prices on many items, changes weekly.

Employees aren't always helpful. Your change is balled up and handed to you. Prices on shelf are often wrong at the cash register. I have found alot of items that were past expiration date when I got home. They bag heavy & nonfood nonedible items with your food items. Your bread is crushed & bananas get bruised and crushed bc canned goods or heavy items were placed on them. Cleaning liquid products are put with your meats and other food items. Clerks get an attitude when u ask them to not bag items a certain way or if u ask for paper bags.

Even though we are going a pandemic, I find that the store has enough of products to meet our needs and with sales to help with our budget. The associates are very helpful.
