This store is always clean and very well stocked. Employees are very friendly, courteous and very professional, very attentive to customers needs. I live in Dallas area and none of our stores come close to this store. I wish I had a store like this back home.Just love coming here and very greatful to be a loyal customer. Love the choices of spice, chili peppers, and especially the Natchitoches Meat Pies. I think there's no other place than here (not even the other Super1) has the meat pies and the different types of peppers.

I don't live in Louisiana but was down there in Natchitoches,La. in December and we shopped at this store twice while we were there and really liked it,great variety,quality and somewhat reasonable prices. Give it a try.

We drove 35 miles to get there. We was more than pleasantly surprised. The store's Staff is some of the best and most helpful I've ever seen. The store was very clean and the shelves well stocked. I don't know what you could have asked for that they didn't already carry. We will be back often.

They have the dirtiest parking lot I have ever seen. Why do people feel they can dump their trash on the ground? There were trash cans available. The other thing was shopping carts were all over the parking lot. No one bothered to put them back in the basket holders. This says a lot for the store's clientele. The cashiers need a better attitude.Maybe I hit it on a bad day or at the end of the day.

I have never experienced service like I have today. Didnt expect to be rushed, not allowed to change my mind on what I AM purchasing, nor receive a refund in different currency than what I paid. When I asked for management no one responded and when I called they hung up. I only say 2 stars because every worker on that floor was polite and pleasant and the cashiers changed the entire mood. My first and last visit to Super 1 @ Hwy 1 ByPass.I don't want anything I bought. ***The WORST feeling in the world. Like I'm being robbed and forced to things I did not want. *

Recently visited my local Super One in Natchitoches and while I was putting my groceries into my trunk, a cart was pushed by the wind and struck my car door, causing two dents. The young man who took my complaint was very apologetic and said he would contact me later to gather information, which he did. There was no follow up for a couple of weeks and I received a random letter in the mail simply stating Brookshires looked into the matter and deemed they were at no fault. If your parking lot and stray carts were tended to accordingly by the employees you hire for this sole purpose, then perhaps my car would not have received this damage. I'm not one of these unrealistic people who would say "you'll be hearing from my attorney" but I am disappointed that your multi million dollar company could not assist in situations like this or even offer a true explanation of why you feel yoir company is not liable.

Love the grocery pickup team leader . She's always keeps in touch with me through my order. If they're out of something on my grocery pick up, she'll let me know, as well as checking into a substitute you'll be happy with. She's my number one for shopping! Large space, well stocked, plenty of clean buggies, open registers. Staff is friendly. It is fairly easy to find what you want. The deli has excellent hot food.

People are nice. Store is clean. Gradually more items on shelves.Pick up @ pharmacy today. Been using online shopping but there's always a few items we forgot. It's convenient to use & we feel it's safer for us. Less exposure with COVID still around. Our local numbers as in other places are going up. That's scarey. Short lines today do pretty quick in & out. Tks, Super 1

Normally shop at Walmart but this is a better choice for groceries. Turned 90 degrees from most grocery stores, but isles are wide and arranged very well. Good signage and easy to find everything I needed. Plenty of cashier's for checkout.

Horrible customer service . Always having to ask for buggies , the Mngt behind customer service acts like you’re disturbing them asking for a buggy. It’s a shame but it is what it is … but hey, who really cares. Lol

The store is not very well laid out but it usually has what you need. The prices here are pretty decent compared to other stores. This store does have really great deals on meat though...if you want to buy in bulk
