The baristas here are amazing!! Sometimes they're out of my favorites due to national shortages but always happy to recommend something (that's usually even better than what I was going to get). Don't know what you want?? That's okay! The lovely ladies are always happy to give you a recommendation. Can’t wait for the cooler weather so I can warm up with a delicious hot latte but for now the beautiful layered iced drinks get me through the day!

I went today and the three ladies that were there were very rude and made my drink completely wrong . I went through the drive thru first got half way (three things)through what I wanted in my drink barista said hold on and when she came back asked can she get me anything else so I went inside with a drink presented to me so I said (How when I didn’t even complete the order) and I don’t recall telling her I was done and the drive thru lady made a rude comment . Then the cashier up front was rude I showed her what I wanted and told her and chose to ignore that so there for the drink was made completely wrong

Service was fine, if a little slow, the store is new so I expected a longer drive through time. The person at the window was really sweet, but my drink had several issues. I ordered a caramel mocha with no whip, and only realized once I got home that not only did the drink have a 1” gap between the lid and the contents of the cup, but the drink was also just a plain caramel latte. The sticker on the side of the cup clearly says Mocha, so I’m not sure what happened there. Either way, I’ll probably only be going back for refreshers/tea from now on.

Natchitoches has one of the best Starbucks locations. As a Contractor i do a lot of traveling. Every time I come to the natchitoches Starbucks location Sheenia Phillips always makes my drink perfect everytime. She has a great positive attitude, she works hard making sure every one drinks are correct and comes out quickly. I've witnessed a lobby full of people and car line was full. I was amazed to see her working multiple stations and in a matter of minutes lines were clear and I was able to get my drink in a timely manner. Im not sure if she's a manager or supervisor but if she's not she need to be. I highly recommend this location. Best service ever.

We had a study session here and the staff was very friendly. Got our drinks and sat down and were there for a few hours (not peak rush time) and they even came over and asked us if we needed anything. Super friendly and good coffee!

The staff was really nice and my drink was perfect. They moved in a timely manner. On the other hand, my feta wrap was frozen on the bottom. I understand that everyone makes mistakes and I will be back.

I’ve been to this starbucks pretty much everyday since they opened on 2/14. I get a shaken expresso or tea with a blueberry muffin each time and i have no complaints. I’m not new to the starbies world and i really do enjoy my drinks along with the friendly experiences. The wait is lengthy via drive thru but that is expected here in Natchitoches, anytime a new business opens the wait times are long. I will say that if you go inside the wait is not too long at all.

This has been the quickest starbucks I've ever been to, I ordered a pumpkin spice frapp with caramel and its the best one I've ever gotten from starbucks they are really amazing and super fast and friendly!
