This place was always trash. I had my credit card info stolen here, it was never open on the advertised hours, the orders never came out correctly, service was just awful, and most of the time in the past 2 years, only the drive through was open. Sometimes they would say the "credit card machine is down" or "we're not taking orders right now" which always seemed to happen at the busiest hours like lunch. I hate that we lost a restaurant in Natchitoches but honestly, this one needed to go.

A first time EVER as a WALK IN instead of a Drive in.... Very neat concept. I'm not a big fan of Sonic the past few years due to lower quality stuff but tonight I dined IN.... Easy location, good parking, friendly staff but for a newer restaurant it sure needs some maintenance already...

My chicken tenders were burnt and so was my toast!!! No gravy for the tenders and gave me tator tots instead of fries like I asked for!!! My drink was also wrong!!! Check your food before you leave!!! The wait time was like 30 freaking minutes also! I’m not looking for this location to be opened much longer at all! Ever since the previous manager left this place has gone all the way down hill!!!

To say I am thoroughly exhausted with the lack of quality and customer service at this establishment, is an understatement. Tried to give it another shot today due to the proximity to our final destination. Ordered 4 meals, got 3. Guess that’s better than 2????

I have never been to a worse Sonic anywhere. Didn’t get my full order, no silverwear. Fries was cold. I got a hot dog and it apparently had been warmed severely times, it was hard on the end. I got a strawberry limeade, they put no ice and when i took the lid off to look at it it had a slimy consistency. Needless to say everything was thrown away.My advice is to stay away from that place, plus they are rudeI only gave them a one star because double zero was not available

SUPER busy location. I saw 2 employees who appeared to be managerial-type and were running around trying to fill orders, while trying to find and direct subordinates who appeared to not care about customers. 1 employee was running around w/headset trying to get someone to take orders.I, in addition to 3-4 other customers were just standing at the order register, with no one there. People in line behind me were making comments about the younger employees not doing anything.When I finally received my order, it was thrown-together and ALL of the Onion Rings were burnt.Since there was still a line of customers at the counter, I ate half of my order and threw the rest away.I LOVE Sonic. Love the double cheeseburger and the onion rings. I am a frequent customer and almost always have a great experience. This was not good.

Waited 24 minute in a drive in stall (that would be stall #3), made the order, never delivered, went inside to see what was up and they didn't have my order placed at all (claimed shift change). On a BRIGHTER NOTE, the on staff member that came on shift was alone working outside and he was amazing....he should be the manager. He got my food and I got on the road for a 4 hour drive.

The food is fresh and good; they warn you if the order will take a long time. Quick, polite, and they rarely screw up. All the booth touch screens and card readers work. Tip your carhops a buck.

Tried to order at the stall: we could hardly hear the lady and she misheard every word we said. We left the stall and waited in the drive through...eventually we gave up and went inside. When we got in there they took our order, of four drinks, and forgot them. When they came back they told us they couldnt do one of them, the other mixed one they did incorrectly. Thankfully they got the Cokes right... It took nearly 20 mins.

Employees were Amazing Friendly and Fast!! Food was DELICIOUS!!! I went to both locations in town and BOTH had Excellent Service!! Sonic must have hired all New Crew Members!!!! So Glad!!! We've missed Sonic!!!!

Had same issue as previous patron. Stall #3 and waited 30 minutes to find out order was never taken. During that time I saw 4 wrong orders returned. Hopefully they will improve or that will close a business. They did give me a free meal although it wasn't what I ordered... Moving to here hopefully they resolve management issues.

The manager was so loud fussing at employees and telling them what to do, it was hard to hear the girl taking orders or when they were calling names for the order to be picked up/brought out. They do not have all the items like a typical drive up sonic (ie. Cream pie shakes). Store was clean, ice cream was good.

They’re nice and my orders are always accurate. -1 star because they sometimes take a while to get orders out. I understand it can’t be immediate, but under 15 minutes is preferred.

Bought brown bag special at Nachitish, LA. Both cheeseburgers were made wrong and they burned our onion rings. Tater tots were good! Staff was friendly. We were on our way to Dallas so didn't check out order until went through line and place was extremely busy. Indoors was closed and so was drive up ordering except for drive thru. We wanted Sonic so much and it was such a big disappointment as we eat there all of the time in Krum and Justin, Texas. The one we stopped at on the way to Louisiana in Carthage Texas was great! Good food, good service and very clean!

If I could leave less than one star I would. Store is hardly ever open and when they are it's just the drive thru app says open they are closed. And they closed at random times. Will be changing my drink stop to some where else.

Super disappointed!!! I ordered a footlong chili cheese coney through the drive thru and it was cold. I had to take it home and warm it up. It was so gross taking a bite of cold hotdog

Great experience. Great friendly service. Had my food within 5 minutes. Beat part is that this sonic has a indoor dining area, never seen one, where you use old style phones to order your meal from the table. Overall great experience!!

Quick place to grab a bite to eat. I been here twice this weekend. First trip, they gave me a sonic #2 instead of a #1, and left out the condiments I asked for. My order last night was simply shakes. I asked for whipped cream and a cherry on top, but the whipped cream was frozen.

One of the few indoor Sonic. You must see to believe. Trouble with maintaining good help. Service variesAs of 2/8/2022 services is in non existent mode that's if they are open. Very sad that the pandemic and lack of employees will be the end of this signature Sonic. One of the few done in Sonics five miles from a major interstate and located by a state University and High School of 1500 students and staff normally very busy and profitable.

They were awesome today, our slushes were made perfectly and they remembered to not mix in my nerds and put them on top all nice and pretty. Coco is an awesome lady she deserves a raise for putting up with two picky old ladies 😁👍👌
