Got store hours on door for Christmas Eve from 8-10 and it’s 3:30 pm and all lights are on and doors are locked can the businesses ever get it right wonder how they stay in business

Propane and ice. Nice wide Isles has everything you could/ would expect at any local dg. No Redbox or for this store I would give 5stars

This town has the friendliest people ... and some of them work here. Store was well stocked with a wide variety of items. I just moved here so it's a great place to get well priced household items. Been back several times.

I stopped by here after going to look at the Christmas lights. I found what I needed and browsed some more. Went to the register and left soon after. Or I would have, if I didn't see the display/sale tables outside. I asked and was told that it was 50% off. I grabbed a few decorative items and went back inside to buy them, telling the cashier what I had been told to be safe. Good deal and we have these for the next time.Thanks!

Eh, you know, when you need something quick and cheap... the thing is, the store is usually a mess and a big jumble of stuff to wade thru and a nightmare for someone with ADD because the sidetracked tangents you go on can trap you there for hours. But the employees are generally really friendly and helpful and it is convenient if you can focus and find what you need.

I saw this store struggle, a few months back. I think new management has took over. The store is beginning to shape up, well clean and organize. Most of all just about every employee is friendly. Just about all of the mangers take care of the customers. Who ever is the manger is doing a great job. I love the music when I walk in, I love how every employee speaks when walking in. :Most of Dollar General employees in Natchitoches don't say a word. Awesome employees and they are all about talking care of the customer with no problem. Just a great place!!

Store is always cluttered, hard to find products you need, and staff doesn't seem to know about sale items or current sales or be able to help you locate a specific item. Customer service is not too great, with high turn over, always someone new that's not able to help. Items are never prices and it's a big ordeal and "problem" to get a price check here and at every dollar General store, they need to get a scanner for customers to check prices before checking out bc there's always a long line to check out!

The cashiers are pretty dang slow so don't be in a rush. The cash registers are older than Moses and frequently break and freeze up. However they do keep the store pretty well stocked and everything is pretty much where it should be. I definitely choose Dollar General over Family Dollar any day.

When it came time to check out the people working there seemed to busy stocking shelf's. They made seem like I was bothering them for wanting to check out. Definitely will not be going back.

This store is very unorganized. It's so frustrating trying to navigate through their isle and find things that are on your shopping list. They need a remodel and a serious cleaning. But the location is good.

This is a small store but busy. Lots of boxes getting restocked all the time. Its like every other business in natchitoches. If you are in a hurry ,dont stop. This town has its own pace........grannie gear!

Convenient location for the Sibley Lake area. Friendly staff. I love to buy greeting cards here, as well as paper goods.

It's hard to find things you need sometimes. It is cluttered all the time. A lot of merchandise is hardly ever in the right places. The prices on the tags doesn't ring up right at the registers.
