I'm not sure what was happening inside, but from the drive through it appeared to be a lot of confusion amongst the employees. I ordered two blizzards and a drink and was offered food. Then was asked to pull forward for almost 10 minutes while they made the blizzards. However, the young man that delivered them to my car was very upbeat and nice about the wait.

Last night this location was busy. Whomever was taking orders ar drive-through was being difficult, said to pull up, where there is no menu to view. We decided to go in instead. Met two different couples that people in our group knew. The woman that too our orders inside didn't seem like she was all there. Order was not completely correct, and one item had to be remade. We got our order of various ice cream items before the others we know did. They had been there 10 to 15m before we even arrived. Do better DQ on South Drive in Natchitoches.

Ordered food on app. Never tried ordering a cake before and I could on app, so did. Walk in there, and like usual it’s workers giving me looks while not even calling for someone capable of manning the cashier to take my order and when they do, as per usual they’re a jerk like usual. They tell me I can’t order a cake without giving 24 hour notice. The app never told me this, ask if I can get a refund. “Nope” as I turn to leave they’re bragging about how they told me I couldn’t get the cake I order. It’s always this location where staff are rude as all get out. As someone who works in fast food… you need to get better people, because the other location is a much more pleasant place to go…

I was there twice yesterday. The first time service was great. The second time I brought the track and field team from Dallas there to get food on the way back. They helped the team. But me the bus driver. I had to ask someone to come and take my order. Drive through was not that busy. I feel it was because of my skin color. All I wanted was a malt. I won't be back

We where told we could not be severed cause the dinner closed at 9pm. There was several costumers in the lobby and as they walked out said the works inside said to lock the door so they could close early. I'm not sure how they keep the doors open with service like this. Was told to gothrough the drive through but like I said I support places with such poor service.

Food is not bad, but I feel like the food is not being cooked properly because the last few times I have gone, I have gotten a burger with fries and a drink and literally within like 15-20 mins of eating my stomach would start cramping and hurting. I believe it could have possibly been food poisoning or something of that nature.

Yesterday I went and got a #4 in milkshake. The young lady was rude at the drive thru window. I waited 10 minutes only to be told to pull up at the front. So I said I was in a hurry. So she decided to not have my food hot. She handed out cold process food. I was already not in the mood. The food was for mother that's in ICU. She's needs to be fired. In ya'll not cooking the food it's microwave. Bad service

Ordered steak finger basket. A little bit of a wait but it was lunchtime. The dislike was the toast being put in the paper bag naked not wrapped in anything just thrown on top of the napkins. Gross! And the steak fingers were soggy and due to the wait I expected them to be fresh

What a terrible experience due to mismanagement of personnel. You should have one person taking orders inside and another filling those orders. Waited 30 minutes to get two medium cones and only then because a customer ordering after me shouted out if they were ready and I piggybacked off him. Senior citizens were coming up to shelf by ice cream area (not counter) and ordering free sundaes, I believe. The poor girl taking and trying to fill orders was overwhelmed. You should have those above mentioned Seniors go through cash register to get a number and stick to the number system.

Closed lobby more than 20 minutes early, employees were clearly playing around inside the store, and the drive thru employee did not seem to want us there.That being said, our blizzards were delicious. Just bad service.

Went at lunch time and of course we expected them to be busy. We saw a lot of cars leaving so we were advancing in line pretty quickly. When we got up to the place to order we waited for about 5mins, maybe longer. No one came through. They didn't ask us to wait or that they would be with us soon. Just complete silence. No wonder all the other cars were leaving. We left too. To bad, we were really wanting lunch and some ice cream. Went to Popeyes next door instead.**to the person who replies to these comments.. if it's a person and not just a computer.. you should at least offer some type of coupon for a free drink, ice cream, or meal to the people who are complaining. Why would we just return without being enticed to do so? It's not like DQ is the only place to get the food and ice cream that we want. This is just a suggestion.**

I love Diary Queen but today for some reason I only receive 5 chicken strips instead of 6, my white grave wasn't half full and my food was cold. Never had an experience like this before.. lady at the window was handling my food without gloves went to get gloves began putting them on and I told her just hand me my good no use for gloves now you have already touched it.

It was the typical decent dairy queen food. Nothing spectacular about it- it was the same good tasting food that you will get from a Dairy Queen- service was good. Establishment was clean and enjoyed sitting down inside to eat.

Only person in line at drive thru. Had to repeat my order twice only to get it home and it was wrong. Too much personal conversations going on and not into taking care of the customer.

Burger was not seasoned all. This is the second time DQ has done this to me. I already dont eat it much but after the last two location I probably just won't eat it at all. Burnt bacon and an odd smell to the burger. I had to stop at a convenience store after I threw DQs burger away just to eat tonight.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!!! Was not what I ordered and hamburger and bun were burnt. Tasted awful!!!!!! When they first opened years ago food and service were good. I try it out once a year and am disappointed every time!!!!! Needs better management!!!!!!

Nothing against the food or inside service, but my wife was there a little while ago. One of their employees was hosing down the parking lot. My wife ended up finding her clean car not so clean anymore -- now covered with parking lot scum! She is not happy -- especially when she found that the published number, both in the phone book and online -- goes to a fax machine.

Absolutely terrible,chicken sandwich was crunchy and that wasn't the crust that was the chicken part and bread wasn't toasted and was soggy . Have to pay extra just to add tomatoes to a burger. But at least diet coke was okay !
