I traveled to Dan Boudreaux’s Ace Hardware because the store was the only one in the area that carried 1 1/4 polyethylene pipe insulation. I needed that size to complete my water inlet winterization project.When I walked into the store I was met by a host of smiling and friendly faces ready to help find what I needed. I’ve forgotten what a neighborhood store feels like. Dan Boudreaux’s Ace Hardware provided a good reminder 😊!

I canceled an order I made online the same day of purchase. Which was a grill . I found a bigger n cheaper one at Lowes that night. So when I received a call from the store two days later saying the grill was there. I quickly told them we canceled it , and to please send it back . Needless to say I had to call customer service to find out they never canceled or returned the item. And it's been a week now I have to wait on Monday for them to do what they told me was understood and done last week. Not to mention my refund won't be in my account for another 7 to 10 days. Very unhappy customer!

Very helpful employees here. The young lady took my cart and follwed me with my list and made sure i found everything i needed. Not many places like this. Service makes up for slightly higher prices but u will spend the diff in gas traveling to the big stores.

Went inside today to purchase replacement cord for a weedeater. No one associated with the store spoke to me other than the cashier only for needed verbiage needed for transaction. I have to be in a bind to shop here.

Good place to find what you need. Like hardware and stuff. Fun challenge... just try to see if you can get from one end of the store to the other end without having someone ask you if you need some help. They are that eager to help you. If you don’t want help, just tell them that and they are ok.
