This will be my last visit! Stood at cash register to check out. Cashier was talking to someone he knew while preparing to go fill their propane tank. He obviously saw I was waiting to check out, but instead of calling someone over, he just left me to wait. He came back in and after beginning to take payment from the customer he was working with, he called out to another employee “I think this guy is ready to check out”. You think?! Why else would I be standing at the register?! Second employee comes over, scans my items, and I pay. I get handed the receipt while he continues a conversation with someone else in the store.Way better customer service at Tiger Island. That’s where I’ll go from now on!

Pretty great hardware store they have an awesome rewards program ‼️❕‼️❕‼️ I know I love it he even get free products on your birthday you get all types of different rewards if you shop there... The most definitely if you go to Ace hardware sign up for their awards program ‼️❕‼️‼️They have awesome customer service and they also deliver if you have a big ticket item I went with my brother and them to buy a household what it was like a 🚽 tolit & my goofy brother didn't even think that the box would not fit in his trunk of his car so they offered to deliver it and they were very very nice all of the customer Representatives ‼️❕‼️❕

Customer service is always awesome! And it's a lot less crowded than other stores. But they have actual people who know what they're doing and will happily take their time to explain things to you.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have everything you need for projects around the house.The also have a full section of sporting goods like ammo and feeders. Pretty cool for an Ace Hardware. I will definitely stop by when I am in the area.

DON'T RENT UHAULS FROM THIS STORE. My Mom ordered a Uhaul online for 19.95 for the day. She declined the extra insurance. Somehow the insurance was put back on without us knowing. The shady manager was working behind the computer training the others but never told my sister and I about the insurance. I questioned the price and he said the price would go down once I returned the uHaul. He then lied saying he gave us the option. We both know he did not. We would have declined insurance since we were literally making one trip down the road. 19.95 a day rental was over $50 to make one trip to Morgan City and back. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Great store with tons of great home maintenance stuff. Not to mention; Big Green Egg, Traeger, Weber grills and Accessories. Oh, you’ll struggle to find a better selection of Crawfish boiling supplies anywhere near.

Good prices I went to Walmart to get a bath tub spout they were out of them the price was 12.99 so I went to ace hardware and got one the price was 14.99 not that much more and they have all the bathroom and kitchen things you need

It was awesome!!!! They have everything there!!! Has a wheel chair availability parking and entrance and they are quick to serve. Its locally owned. We enjoyed going there and we will return!!!

Horrible. Manager and employees did not greet me when I entered. They just stood around talking amongst each other with no acknowledgement of me coming into the store as a new customer. While leaving the store there was "have a good day" or " did you find everything ok". Very disappointed

My experience was Staff was not very useful in or would lead me to someone who was. Over the phone they told me that they had what I was looking for but was all sold out when I gotten there 5 min after conversation.
