I haven't the words to express the gratitude I have for the bakery department. They handled my last minute birthday cake request with the upmost courtesy and in a timely fashion. Floral department was spot on with the large selection of fresh flowers along with helium balloons to choose from. Another trip to Rouses that went over and above my expectations! Thank you Rouses of Morgan City, Louisiana!

I like that I can find lots of variation of vegan friendly options here. The salad bar is always a good staple and the soups are tasty too. The only downfall of rouses is the price point. Some things you can find at other places for cheaper.

Called to ask if they had any chairman reserve chuck roast. Meat department never picked up, tried three times, phone went to the front, girl answered didn't care so cannatas it is.

Friendly staff & great selection. The Sushi is a plus for me! Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is bc… I previously had bugs in a box of pasta. A manager told me I could replace that box my next visit. I felt like since I had to run out the night I cooked to replace that box already & was inconvenient for me; I didn’t need another box from Rouses. Maybe some type of coupon or discount would have made me happy.

One of my favorite places to grocery shop. This place is loaded with a variety of local products as well as national chain food items. Great hot food such as hot seafood, Plate lunches etc. A must stop place for anyone.

The night manager was very rude and mean looking. He didn't greet us when we came in, actually he looked like we were bothering him and how dare we come into his store at 9:30 on a Sunday night. The cashier was awesome. She was so sweet. Loved her red hair braids. She was very nice and friendly. The guy mopping was a little rude too. When asked a question, he said "I don't know" and walked away. That was before he started mopping. We went in for King cakes and didn't leave empty handed. The prices are a little high, but high quality stuff. You get what you pay for, you know. I can't wait to try the boudin king cake. I asked the girl behind the customer service counter if they had pralines and she barely made eye contact with me and said "over by the register" so I searched on my own and found something that said pralines, but it was just candied pecans for $6. 😳 It was a tiny bag too. No thank you. The boudin cakes are 20 bucks and I saw they had crawfish king cakes too but they were 30 dollars 😳I got the cherry cream cheese filled king cake and oh my goodness it was soooo delicious 😋👍❤️They have the best bakery ever! Usually I love going there, but I was disappointed by the awful demeanor of the employees this time. All except that amazing cashier who was the sweetest! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves all the credit. I might have just left empty handed if it wasn't for her being so nice.

Bought fresh shrimp in little clear containers and noticed after there was water in the containers I called and asked the lady in seafood why was there water in the containers she said that was from the ice melting. So wait thought these was fresh shrimp and not only that why are you weighing ice with the shrimp.🤔

My favorite grocery store - many and varied selections and they offer fresh well spiced boiled crawfish and shrimp in season. Biggest negative - none in Metro Atlanta. Would like to start a petition to get Rouses in Metro Atlanta.

A wonderful variety of items to choose from, and everything is always fresh in produce and the deli departments. Great use of floor space!! It's never confusing to get around here. The staff is always offering to help, even if you go in every day!!!

The store is so nice and a very good atmosphere and when you walk in with all the flowers it's just beautiful. We had to have a sirloin tip roast for the holidays and the Butcher in the back cut and gave us what we wanted. I wish I knew his name. Very polite and went out of his way to help us. Thank you Rouses. Looks like you got a great butcher. Happy holidays. Will definitely be returning.

Not happy with my experience. I bought a pack is sushi with the shrimp and they only put shrimp in the end pieces to trick you and rip you off. I also bought Velveeta cheese and didn't look at the exp. date until I got home. It expired 5-13-21. Today is 11-19-21. Check all of your food and experation dates before you leave there. I feel cheated, lied to and ripped off. I will not go back here again.

It was cool! Love the 4 day sales friendly service. Nicky Cavelier, though he was not there to my knowledge, is the best. I really enjoy shopping at Rouses. Some time ago one of your older Male employees made sure that I had a motorized cart. Friendly, courteous service. Good prices. Thanks! I always spend too much. Lol

Well they always have specials. Very clean. New floors. A big plus for me is they got lobster. The live ones are fat. If they cooked it, its usually the old skinny ones they had a while. Being they always skinny (already cooked) I'm guessing they don't feed them. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I ordered a cake in town and it was completely a big mistake I went to Heather in the Bakery almost in tears at 7 at night because the cake I had ordered wasn't worth a pic with in an hr and a half she saved the day!!! I went and got the cake she made for me on such short notice and it was just awesome!! Heather thank you for doing something you didn't have to do you were busy and still helped me make my daughter's night!! You're AWESOME!!!!

Great place to shop for groceries. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Very reasonable prices. They have a great quality produce and meat selection. Their pre-cooked foods are very delicious.

Quick Stop in for Evangeline Made bread. Found Lays Fried Green Tomato Kettle Chips, AWESOME! Fast and friendly service, great cashier. Manager needs training in Greeting Customers, walked by me twice without a word. Heading back to Mississippi!

Very clean store and polite young people. Usually don't see teenagers polite on there jobs. And the employees look professional in there uniforms. Ani I love the hot food bar.
