This place is horrible. Service is awful, Longwood sold to new owners several months ago and they have no clue what they are doing. Called in a hamburger with fries. They were out of fries. So asked for baked potato. My husband coming home from work and was 25 minutes out. He walked in to get order and the clerk told him she had just turned his order in. Not sure why she waited 25 minutes to turn in order since there was only a couple people there. Longwood was a great place to go eat and was always packed, now it’s like a ghost town. They remodeled and ripped the Soul out of this old building! Nothing like it used to be. So Sad!!!

I was in this place on 09/16/2021. I ordered the nachos and cheeseburger. Let me start by saying everything was horrible from the service to the food! It literally took an hour and a half for me to get this food if that's what u wanna call it. The lady was cooking one order at a time. I got my cheeseburger and fries which they charge separately for and how can you hand me my food and it's cold!!! No flavor or seasoning on the hamburger patty and my nachos came 45 min later! The chips are not chips! There were ppl walking around not helping to get the orders out. It was like we got all day so what's the rush kind of attitude. Almost $20.00 for some food that needed to go straight in the GARBAGE! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!! NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK THERE!!!!

We’ve been eating here for almost thirty years for special occasions. When we are in the area for work or visiting family we will stop by and have a steak. We have had a hankering and made the 8 hour round trip for their ribeye for supper once. We were there last month and ordered 4 ribeyes. 3 med rare and one well done. They all came out hammered well done and tough.A lot has changed in thirty years.Nothing comes close to the first one I got from Jerry in 1992.

We eat here several times a month because it it literally 2 miles from our house and there is nothing else around. We always order to go and go pick it up and bring it home. The food that we get is always amazing. However.... our order is always wrong. It has never once been right. The other thing that we don't like is if they tell you it'll be 30 min for your food you better give them at least an hour because we have never gone once and it be ready on time so now we just add 20 minutes to whatever time they tell us.
