Usually a very long wait to checkout due to staff shortages. 9 times out of 10 they only have one person working the register and no other employees there to help. Not the staffs fault because they are doing they’re best to be fast and efficient. Need more employees

Montgomery dollar store is a complete disaster the store is trashed there is stuff thrown everywhere you can’t walk down the aisles the store is never stocked basically everything is empty or close to being empty they get trucks every Wednesday so how come is the store not getting stocked how come we never see anyone working the floors are nasty you can tell they haven’t been mopped in a while I understand they are under staffed but the staff they have are lazy that store could be in way better shape then what it is in now something needs to be done someone needs to be held accountable for this mess

This Dollar General is a Goldmine for the Company. Only problem is that it is understaffed. I understand there is a shortage of workers because of the Pandemic and turnover but I have shopped there many times and had to wait 20 minutes, or longer to checkout. I saw some customers put stuff back and walk out the Door because of long wait times. I would suggest a self checkout should be installed. It would pay for itself in a while from profits because of lost customers due to this ongoing issue.

This particular Dollar General is a wreck. Seriously. Don't worry about looking for a buggy because they only have like TWO but it wouldn't matter anyway bc you wouldn't be able to push it down any aisles bc of all the stuff blocking them. Seriously, about 75% of the aisles in this store you literally have to turn yourself sideways to walk down them. And it's been that way ever since I've been going to that store for over a year now. It's just so unorganized. The employees are nice though, and they do seem to always be working hard and not goofing off or anything.

Good prices and selection, but it is always overloaded to the point of not being able to navigate the aisles. However thes is not the fault of workers, rather the force-fed shipments sent from corporate.

My 3xperiece was fine except I didn't get my $5.00 off coupon for today. I got $.50 off on Dawn but no$5.00 I should have received on digital coupons for 11,3,2018
