Had shopped at this location on several occasions. There were several people gathered in the parking lot when I went to go inside and someone tried to speak to me and I just ignored them. When I got inside the lady working said that I couldn't be there because she saw me on camera talking to the people outside. I tried to explain to her I was not with those people and had driven a long ways to shop at this business. She refused to hear me out and made me leave. I was treated horribly for absolutely no reason other than the business had a parking lot full of people that were bugging paying customers. Just down right disrespectful.

Okay this used to be my favorite store. Clean, nice workers, great selection. HOWEVER a little birdie (a former employee) told me I am spending way too much money on toys I could get online for a cheaper price and the manager gets them all off of ebay and jacks up the prices. I didnt believe the person and even shrugged it off saying i guess im paying for connivence. BUT I was expecting a $1-5 price difference- ya’ll the price difference is huge! I paid $69 plus tax here for a toy that I could find on amazon for $52 and on an official “adult” store website for $32. That’s a $17-37 price difference! Never buying toys there again. Ill still buy their clothes though because I think its reasonably price but their toys are extremely jacked up

Went in with my girlfriend , the store was extremely clean, and the stores protocol as far as covid was way above standards. Katie was very knowledgeable and a subject matter expert with products. Will be going back to frequent this store.

Helpful staff, horrible experience with products. Bought 5 different toys all different brands, all of them broke within 2 months needless to say i lost my receipt so couldn’t use any of the mfg warranties,. I no you get what you pay for but i spent a pretty penny and nothing lasted.

I absolutely love this place. Recently, I got a sleeve and lube from here and it only run me about 30 bucks.im 19 and it was my first time being in a place like this and I gotta say, it's the best 30 bucks I've ever spent. I'll be shopping here from now on. I would give 6 stars if I could.

So there's no booths that that they will let u use even with them there in the store. Not sure if it's some religious law in monroe or the managers don't want to deal with it is what I feel. I wonder if the owners in FL know of this and what are they working on doing about it if anything.

Awful service and ugly employees, most of their dads don't work and are old or not what they say they are. The exchange policy is also ridiculous. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. ALSO the female manager has no interest in helping you, they want your money and you out of the store

Though the staff, location ,and store itself were all friendly, hygienic , and professional, Many of the toys in the store are mislabeled about what products are actually used in them ,and some of them contain toxins that can cause hormone and reproductive problems. The store staff should try to determine if some products contain phthalates by looking for oily fluids on them , a powerful chemical odor, or a slimy appearance. If they do find this upon inspection I hope they would have the decency to remove them from the shelves.

Just left the nasty store lol and its not so nasty. It was cleanr than I thought it would be and there was alot of stuff inside. ALOT! More than it used to have. I think the manager help me for like 30 minute and got me right. I think he may no a little to much. lol. I no ma and my girl will be having a great christmas and new year. lol. Thanks Xmart. ps some prices need to come down!!!! ;)

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their products while at the same time making me feel comfortable talking about things I usually only share with my intimate partner, my husband. Thanks guys had a blast!
