Compared to the Walmart where I live the employees are so much nicer and they will actually show you where an item is that you ask for the produce are fresh 90% of the time at mine they're half rotten well at least by the time you get them home and if you don't need them that night the next day they're rotten I just can't afford to drive over an hour away every time I need to go to Walmart

(Auto department) I wish I could give the Monroe location less than half a star. Long story short they installed the wrong size tires on my car and told me that it’s not their job to look at the vin sticker inside my car to see what size tires my car needs. 😳 (not to mention one of the techs there told me to not turn my wheel to hard and it won’t rub and he also said well the tire fit so I don’t see a problem 🤯) They told me to take up with another location so I did and the other location definitely agrees it’s Monroe’s fault bc they are the ones who installed the tires!! Anyway, this manager tried calling the Monroe location to try and settle this problem like adults but the woman who answers the phone for the auto department in Monroe kept hanging up the phone. (Doesn’t surprise me she is extremely rude and is always put out for doing her job) That’s ok, this particular manager is going above their heads and taking it up with corporate. The lack of care and disrespect is appalling. If you value your time, money or your vehicle heck even your own life (your basically putting your life in their incompetent hands trusting them to work on your vehicle) then DONT GO HERE!!!

I would of fired all the staff. Playing and joking and saying inappropriate statements while kids are around. No help, no manners and definitely no work ethic. I guess they have no leadership. If you want an item and need assistance- go to sporting goods and get a chair- it will be awhile. It was a wild madhouse of people with no future- I can't imagine people working at any other place and holding a job behaving like this. Cops and shoplifters everywhere and then- gun shots at the Walmart gas station- Wow... Third world behavior in a failing state.

This Walmart is the reason alot of people hate walmart. It's like the staff just gave up and stop caring. It's giving real dollar general/ family dollar in low poverty area vibes. I was visiting and unaware there was a much better Supercenter. I the pictures speak for itself. There were children running around everywhere. Disorganization for days. Messes in so many aisles. To the point merchandise is just spread on the floor. The freezers were frozen over and many products more than likely were freezer burned. I wear way to nervous to go near the meat or produce departments. Also several of the staff absolutely reeked and were unkempt. I could go on for paragraphs but I think y'all get the gist. Just avoid this place.

Used self checkout. I couldn't get the Walmart employee to help me. She would just walk off without fixing the problem. I had to get her to come back at least 8 times and had to wait on her each time. I told her I was very displeased with her helping me. I didn't think I was going to ever get out of there. I have never had so much trouble with self checkout.

I had another bad experience. The checker didn't check out an item that was on the belt. I went to my car and realized she didn't put it in my sack. I went back in immediately she had already taken it to customer service. So I went there paid for it it. When I got to the door the greeter was there I commented about her leaving it out. She replied it's not her fault. No she's right. It's our fault for shopping there. I told her I would never be back. And I meant it.

Super Walmart Monroe is a mess. I pay for Walmart Plus. I can always count on them to not have all items ordered. The worst part is paying for items but not receive them when delivered. They will then tell you submit a request for a refund and reorder. It is asinine to require us to pay delivery fees when one item isn’t $35. Months

Dear Walmart Monroe - Louisville Ave I know your employees only do just enough because that’s what they are being paid just enough. But to have 1 person at the Money center to help a line that wrapped around is insane. Quit waiting till you feel like it to send help. Y’all do this all the time even at regular check outs. Do better.

Came in to get some spray paint and the cabinets are locked and no one is around to open them. Waited 20 minutes for somebody to come and unlock the cabinet so I can get some spray paint this is ridiculous. Store employees walk by and won't even call they have somebody coming open these cabinets. Very poor customer service.

Great employees in the Monroe Super Walmart for the pickup. I ended up going to West Monroe first, and was kinda aggravated because it was taking a long time. Well It was my fault for some reason I chose Monroe for the first time ever lol 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️!!All in all great day because the staff was super friendly and guided this Shreveport boy in the right direction. Thank you Monroe!!

I managed to get what I needed and find a few good clearance items. It was back in the drink section. There were no brown and serve rolls left. There were other options for dinner rolls. It was kind of hectic this close to a holiday.

Very friendly staff. Feel welcomed coming through the door. Items are always in stock. Wide assortment of products to choose from. The new checkout experience is speedy.

This place is just the worst. You can literally spend time in the parking lot searching through the app, find a variety of products in several makes and models (including the actual location where the product is supposed to be stored (using the filter that ONLY shows you what is in stock, with each individual product's description ACTUALLY saying its in stock at THAT Location, Walk into the store with your prepared list and information, walk back to the isle and not find ONE... Not even ONE item on the list. This store is so "bait-and-switch" that it's amazing anyone ever finds anything or buys anything. Here are some pictures from one trip we made. Nothing that was listed in stock was on the shelves. And as a manager previously explained to me, the location listed online is NOT "where it is SUPPOSED to be unless someone stocks it wrong." It is scanned as its put out so it is literally either there, or someone has purposely tricked the machine and not done the work. I don't know what is right.. I just know that there are plenty of places that actually want customers to be happy. I asked a meandering employee that was wondering through the area, trying not to be spotted, where I could find ANYONE that worked in that department, or any other department for that matter. He answer was "They're all in a meeting theyll be out in a little bit". I said "So.. Nobody is working the entire electronics department?!". She said "yes, but they all in a meeting, they be out after they get they keys."Apparently, we had different ideas of the definition of the word "work". Incidentally, the correct definition was mine, there was NOBODY in the entire dept. We left a cart full of products that had no prices on them and no matching tags on the shelves. I guess these stores will just continue taking "L's". They don't care.

Took 15 minutes and 3 pages to get a bottle of whiskey out of a locked shelf. Then we are escorted to aisle 14 to wait in the longest line in the store. 7 deep. We must wait in THIS line for our bottle. Bottle neck issue. Business improvement needed for sure. This is why I hate Walmart. Sheesh!

What is the jewelry department in the store for if no one is ever over in the section… I came to Walmart two days ago no one was there and no one could help me… I came back yesterday no one was there no one could help… come back today me and another lady has page these workers about 10 times (no exaggeration) and no one is here or coming… take the jewelry department out if no one is ever gonna be there this is ridiculous… you deserve ZERO STARS

I drove the parking lot a long while, trying to find a parking space near the entrance. I had to settled for one that was a long walk away. My shopping experience was not so good at all . I wanted to buy cans of spray paint. Whenever I found someone to unlock the Incase. The employee was laughing and lolla gagging with a customer. Before I could get my sentence out. She cut me short. Saying, ma' am someone will be coming over there. I noticed a man already waiting by the paint. He told me he always have problems getting the paint cabinet unlocked. When a young female employee finally came. She was holding her cell phone up to her ear. She unlocked the cabinet and steps back. Still talking on her phone. Didn't even bother to slide the door open until I was having a problem pulling the door open. After I received my paint. I noticed lots of arterfisher flowers. Just 50 cent. I picked out about 10 or more. However they were ringing up regularly price at checkout. I waited a longe time for manager to go check the price. I was holding up the check out line. So I was told to go to the service area. The manager returned. She said. You are correct. The price is 50 cent. But they haven't yet changed the price in our system. So you can't buy them for 50cent. I was kinda pissed and disappointed. Because why are they displaying 50 cent first before changing the price in the system. That is backwards as !#!!! 😡

TRASH !!! I have been waiting for pickup since 5pm… it is now 6:14pm.. I have patiently watched customers come and go after me and leave before me… for an hour. One worker acknowledged me when I first drove up … because we are regulars in pick up just for me to ask someone at 6:14 about it and them tell me they haven’t even checked me in… SERIOUSLY?!?! After the acknowledgment… UNACCEPTABLE!!!! You wouldn’t have gotten any stars had it been an option

When you call the phone number and press 8 for human resources, no one ever answers, whoever is in charge of answering the phone for human resources should be fired, I tried to call every day 4 times a day for a week because I lost my house keys and wanted to know if it was at their lost and found, and no one ever answers the damn phone.

Employees nowhere to be found, all assistants buttons don't work, and I had to call the store while I was in there 3 times to ask for someone to open the paint cage before someone came meandering by to help and the checkout lady needs to learn a tone of voice besides "I hate my job and everyone here". Would recommend taking the extra time to go to the west Monroe Walmart.
