I have shopped this location since it opened. I have had good and bad in store service , but mostly good. I wanted to give the curbside a shout out for always doing a good job. I have picked up my groceries so many times in the rain. Rain or shine they are on time and glad to help. Thank you.

Employees are friendly, store is clean, and I can get in and out in a hurry. But if I want to take my time, there's plenty of selection. Once I discovered savings catcher, I rarely need to go to another store for groceries.

The workers are so nice there. And they carry a lot of vegan products. If you go in the morning it is not as crowded. I got my favorite dish vegan frozen meal. They quit selling frozen kale. I like to put it in my smoothie. I got almond milk and Polar Water. I got my favorite vegan mozzarella sticks. I got frozen blueberries abd blackberries.

I went out of my way to fill up my diesel motorhome at the station, and I started the pump, but it took about a minute for each gallon. I have a 90 gallon tank and it was pretty low so I decided not to spend an hour telling my tank, and I won’t be back here again, on top of that the printer was out of paper!

In and out fast as always. Never been in the store when I had to wait in a line. Also, as soon as you walk through the door staff always says hi, and while shopping staff is always friendly. Makes the shopping experience fast and less stressful. Everything is easy to find. Also use the pharmacy there and love them. Very knowledgeable and helpful and if they know you are waiting in the store for your pick up they are very quick. Love this store.

So I always shop there because im right round the corner, but anyway today the security guard asked to see my receipt like I had stole something. Mind you once I scanned a few of my items and placed them in bags the system started tripping. I told them I wasn't finished scanning so I don't know why they felt the need to think I would be stealing freaking food. Then got home and left a bag there so im too mad behind that. Gave me a darn headache.

Clean, well stocked and friendly staff. Only downfall is when you have a large grocery cart with needed items and there’s only 1-2 actual employees scanning and bagging items, so you take a chance at the self checkout. I hate the self checkout if you have more than 10 or so items! Never fails that before you finish, an employee has to come to the register several times and when you are finally able to pay, your ice cream has already melted! Other than that, it’s great!

Usually very helpful staff. Since the change to total self checkout, not so much. A total of 8 to 10 employees (I counted) over 20 minutes stood, watched, played on their phones, talked about Natrika, (oh girl, you know that trick), and neglected to help anyone, myself included with anything. It was an experience to say the least. I have to go back! After all, they're Wal Mart and they own us.

Had a prescription called in Friday. Went to pick it up Saturday afternoon to learn the store server was down. Called this morning to learn the store was up & functioning but the pharmacy was still down. A wonderful employee took my phone number with a promise to call me when things were working. At 2pm, she called to let me know the pharmacy was up & running.

I self check out most of them were friendly today. The lady in the cereal isle today was refreshingly happy and nice today and was the 1st to say GD morning. I arrived at 830 am I just got off my 3rd shift job and she was very pleasant after a frustrating night.

My home away from home! My go to market. I can always get a good parking place, and zip in and zip out. The produce is always fresh. Very clean and well-kept store, with great customer service. The associates always greet you when you walk through the door with a smile on their face.

Great Store , I love talking with Mykeisha Ball when I get there. She’s a wonderful cashier and Fuel attendant. But anyway... I been trying to get HIRED here for the longest. I have a lot of experience with everything except management , and I love STOCKING !

Usually all employees speak and offer assistance. Most of them are friendly, especially Ms. Tiffany, the checker at the marketplace on Desiard in Monroe, LA. She always has a pleasant attitude and speaks to me everytime. She's extremely friendly and when I go to check out, I look for her. She also bags my groceries very well. She doesn't just throw them in a bag like some others do. Ms. Tiffany is an example of the perfect employee, and she should be recognized for her good attitude and work performance! These days you do not get customer service from checkers. It's pathetic. The checkers carry on conversations with other employees while scanning my groceries, making me feel like my business is not important. Also, they talk about things that are inappropriate. I've never seen Ms. Tiffany do this. All in all, I will continue go to this store because the service is good enough. All the other employees need to watch and take notes from Ms. Tiffany!

Very convenient spot to shop for basic grocery essentials. The location being within short walking distance of the school makes it especially handy for students. The smaller size and more focused selection is preferable over regular Walmart stores if your goal is to quickly find what you need.

The pharmacy is awesome. As for the store, I wish they would keep the shelves better stocked. They know how much of one thing sells versus another & they still can't seem to keep certain n things in proper stock

I do only pickup orders and delivery. Everytime we pick up our order the young lady is ready for us, she is friendly, and she is quick. If she wasn't there I'd probably stick to delivery only!

The associates (mostly cashiers) are not very friendly. Way too many self-check kiosks which allow associates to wander away and you must go interrupt one of their non work related conversations to get some help. At that point they act like you are inconveniencing them. Also, their fruit does not look fresh at all whenever I visit. You're better off visiting one of the local chains instead.

The store is nice but there are no more cashier's. We had to check ourselves out. We had a buggy full of groceries. It's very inconvenient. We won't be back.

Place was quickly becoming just like a real Walmart. Attracting the wrong crowd. Employees had their disrespectful teenagers walking around, cussing customers, with their underwear showing. I literally had to threaten to defend myself and my companies' honor against a couple of young punks there one night and got no back up from management because they were the children of an employee. It was almost impossible to get help with anything shopping related, as well. NOT the type of crowd a "market" is known for (which is pretty much the EXACT OPPOSITE of what you expect from a normal Walmart. However, recently, they have security, employees that smile and are closer to what you expect from the service at a Walmart Market."

Complete train wreck of a store. First time, stood at the self checkout for 15mins waiting on someone to "okay" a purchase. Second time, zero carts, zero plastic bags for produce. Basically all self-check out now. Really terrible experience.

Love our neighborhood Wal-Mart. It's so great. It beats going to the big Wal-Mart hands down. The staff is great and the manager well in a word he's awesome. Always is very friendly and the self check outs are 1000x times better than the big Wal-Mart. You can still do same day pick up and they have the same amount of cashiers working as the big Wal-Mart. It's always clean and they have always had what I need. Take my word for it this is my go to place!!!!!5 stars
