Sometimes the people are nice, sometimes they aren't. Can't believe this whole one is self-checkout besides one tiny little measly table. I just don't understand What about the people in their 70-100s who can barely check their stuff out? This environment takes their energy, and they are most likely to unintentionally not scan an item and steal from the store or pay twice for an expensive item. I hate full self-checkout stores. Have some compassion, why do half the people work here anyways

I like the shopping atmosphere, everything is very nice. The produce and meats look very fresh. You don't have to deal with the store being too crowded. I've been able to find just about everything that I have on my list.

I have been shopping here for years and using this store as my primary store for online pickup. My order was delivered to the wrong house and I received someone else's order. I contacted customer service and was issued a refund and was also told that I could reorder all my items and get it the same day. I called the customer service at this Walmart to get this done and was told that I couldn't get my order the same day then I was placed on hold for 15 minutes l. I eventually hung up and called again but no one answered the phone. I am extremely disappointed with the service that I received today and will be contacting their manager.

This is one of the best stores I have ever been in in my many years of shopping! The prices are great, but that is secondary! The associates are friendly and helpful. The rotisserie chicken is the best I’ve ever had.If you want to have a successful business, there is only one goal! Take care of your customers, and this store is doing just that!Great Job everyone!One of my favorite stores ever and it has to do with customer service!!

Great pharmacy staff who works with you and understands extenuating circumstances. Always friendly and very quick to get your medications ready for you. Would definitely recommend this location and any of the other stores that either of the 2 pharmacists here supervise/work at. Recently with tons of shortages across the area in pretty much every part of retail, they still have managed to keep most things in stock fairly regularly. Have changed some generics recently. Some better than previous but more seem to be the less expensive option over test results of the new vs old meds

I may never go back to in- store shopping! The Walmart app is great. Everything I needed was listed and they were only out of three things on my list. When I arrived during the allotted time period and let them know I was there, I was driving off with my groceries in less than 10 minutes. The attendants who load the groceries for you are outstanding.

I went to a Walmart neighborhood for the first time. I can't believe you have to check yourself out after shopping in the store. The patrons of this store are working for free. I don't think they think it's convenient for them to check themselves out and not get paid for it.

While this store doesn't carry a very few items I regularly buy it still has 95% of groceries I use often and the staff is akin to a family run store.They're friendly, courteous, and eager to help though they do get stretched a lil thin during the busiest hours don't think they won't make time to do what they can to assist you, or even go get you something you forgot while you're already checking out.I highly recommend shopping here for the good selection, Walmart prices, clean environment, and helpful staff.Mohawk

They have changed up the self check out by adding stations and I believe they have eliminated the cashier check out. I am not a big fan and will probably continue to go to places with a cashiers. I will say the produce section did look pretty good today.

I luv coming to this Walmart, because the workers are so friendly and they will help u at anytime. I also like it because of the special discounts they always have on certain items. It's small and feels more home like to me,because I don't big and crowded places with a lot of traffic. The best thing it's clean and I get checked out fast.

I've read others review of this store. I'm wondering if we were at the same store. I frequented this store quite a few times and other than the store being fairly new and somewhat clean their employees were actually very rude on every occasion that I have been there. I was going there because of the local convenience but have not went back for quite some time due to this. I would try to talk to somebody about this if I could but I know it'd be of no use... Pity.

They have truly integrated the self checkout. They pay people to stand and watch if you're stealing from the machine, but won't have the people just bag it for you. Other than that it was clean and had everything I needed.

I love these new Neighborhood Markets. They are spacious and you can move around pretty quick in there. Great for quick shopping trips. In-and-out in a jiffy. I have never stood in line more than 2 minutes here. It's my favorite place to buy groceries.

Very friendly staff. Produce and products are rotated often. Ive never seen browned vegetables or out of date products. Parking lot is clean and well spaced. Self checkout lanes are rarely closed or out of order

Wonderful staff in the pharmacy. I have been getting my medicine here for 6 months and haven't had the first issue with them at all. Walmart market staff very friendly and polite. Will help you willing.

I drive all the way from Sterlington to use this particular Pharmacy and I like to do my grocery shopping here ...mainly because of the staff ...they're always professional and friendly and you can usually find whatever you want at this location... they keep it very clean and organized. Good job!

The ladies in customer service are excellent. They are very helpful. The young cashiers are very rude with nasty attitudes like customers irritate them or owe them something. The managers are helpful, but the store is never stocked properly. They're always out of something that I get on a monthly basis so I just choose to go to super Wal-Mart. Super Wal-Mart is much better with help and products. I gave two stars for the ladies in customer service.

▪︎ This is where I buy almost all of my groceries. The location is convenient & prices are good.▪︎ I get my prescriptions here too & I really like the pharmacists. I find them to be much more friendly & helpful than those at certain drug stores I've used in the past...▪︎ Also, after performing a bit of research a while back, I found that their cleaning supplies were generally cheaper than the major dollar stores in the area, and occasionally cheaper than the WalMart "Supercenter" down the road, as well.▪︎ I use the mobile app frequently. I'm quite fond of their payment feature and the barcode scanner is a NECESSITY. I sometimes order from walmart.com & choosing in-store pickup allows me to get products the Markets don't carry without going to the "big" store or paying shipping fees for not meeting the $35 minimum purchase requirement.¤ I TRIED to love their grocery pickup as well. I switched to delivery from the main store after having recurrent issues with one thing or another it seems with every order. Expired items a few times. One day the card reader was not working- requiring me to come inside anyway. For one order, I was there for 40 minutes as they pulled everything out of the bags & scanned it again, making me late for work when I should have had plenty of time.I tried grocery pickup once more after that, hoping I might succeed in saving time for once instead of wasting it... but when I got home, I had to go right back up there to return the scanner an associate had left on my trunk.☆ When they finally work out those grocery pickup issues, I'll be happy to give them 5 stars ☆

Ordinarily I would give a higher review but this store is starting to slide. Stopped carrying things I need daily, reps are not as friendly, and the parking lot is a congested mess, esp since they started the pickup. They should have set that up to be in the back of the store or on the side. Not in the front and other customers loose parking spots
