This location is very neat, organized & always have what I need for any project. The only complaint I have is the lumber dept., cutting area in particular. It took me longer to find someone to cut my plywood than it took me to use the plywood for my project at home! Someone knowledgeable about cutting should be readily available on every shift

Don’t go during weekdays. Go on weekends. Nichole at the checkout is the best first off. I’ve been there maybe 3-4 times in the past week and spent well over $2,000 and the only one that comes close to making my time there pleasant was Mr E in paint. Everyone else I’ve seen managers included are very stand-off-ish.

I love all hardware stores since I worked for one for 10 years. The Home Depot in Monroe Louisiana always has what I need and employees that actually stop what they are doing to help you find anything you need, which is rare in these Big franchise hardware store. Don't expect then to price match their own prices online or help you load up lumber or bulky items and you'll have a great experience. I love the home depot company but not this particular store it could use some customer service improvements.

I had 1 of the worst experience at this store in Monroe today ..one of the mangers on the isle 21 over the wood department didn't want to get the supplies down 4x4 x10 foot .wood posts that i had for...talking they cnt get down until they sell what's already down on the floor..but here's the problem the stuff they trying to sell was damaged..unusable for any project...

Customer service in the lumber department is terrible. Employees didn't want to show me where items were and they didn't want to help me load material even when they saw that I had a broke hand with a cast. I loaded all of my lumber and material by myself in the loading dock as they watched and talked amongst each other. I spend tens of thousands of dollars a year in Home Depot with my real estate business and to get service like that today burned my soul. Im not spending any more of money at Home Depot.

Today is Sunday 11/19/23. The young lady working the returns register needs to be trained in customer service. I walked up for a return she was playing with her hair and then she walked off. Attitude for no reason! More training is needed!

The little lady working returns the morning of 12/10/23 was very rude and hateful. I rarely return anything but she had the audacity to tell me I could never return anything else to this store, I had no idea there was a limit.Who hires these people anyway???? I'll carry my business elsewhere from now on, Tom Sanders Building Supply is where I go from here.

Home Depot had their act together during a natural emergency from Hurricane Laura. They were organized, professional and communicated well with the customers waiting in line. It was a very smooth process and very pleased they were selling one unit to one customer. Great job Home Depot!

They refuse to restock the inexpensive roofing cement along with many other items.Also the manager named Josue is the single rudest person I've ever dealt with in a retail environment. I've dealt with him three times through the years and he has been extremely rude every time.

Ordered vinyl fence material from home depot a little over 5 weeks ago. They called me 2 1//2weeks ago and said they had my order ready. I get there to pick it up and they only have half my order. When asked when they would have the rest of the order they tell me they have no idea, can't even give me a possible date of when they would have it. So I left home depot went across the interstate to Lowes and placed the same exact order and had it within a week and was cheaper than home depot by several hundreds of dollars.

I needed an air filter for my lawnmower and went right to the isle it was on. Also in the self checkout lane a lady helped me check out. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. Awesome job! Keep up the good work!

Several employees may need to understand what there purpose is at home depot.. No one is never around to answer questions. If u go to a register SOME of the cashiers will show attitude because u interrupted their conversation with their other team member..

Great experience! A man I asked for help went and found a flat buggy and helped us load a air compressor. He waited on us to check out and my husband to get truck and helped load it. I wish I would have got his name I really appreciate his kindness. The cashier was Angelica a very nice lady also. The store was clean and had lots of beautiful flowers also.
