I don't usually frequent Target, but I placed a pick up order that said would be ready with in two hours. What I loved was that there didn't seem to be a dollar requirement for free pick up, it was filled quickly, and the covered loading area was amazing!! The poor employee still had to walk in the rain from the store to the covered area, but I stayed dry. Lol. Regardless, it was a nice, easy experience!!

Went there to return an item that was soo large for my son. I went and got the new item first and was able to return and purchase the replacement all at the same time. The worker was so kind and greeted me with a smile. Always a positive experience going to Target!

The checkout lines get backed up, but i think that's just a Target "thing." Starbucks is SLOW. The store is always really clean and well stocked. The bathroom usually needs attention, but it stays pretty busy from what I can see. The folks at customer service are pretty quick about helping.

I have been calling the store since 8A. It is 11A. They will not answer the phone. Very inconvenient. I left an item I purchased last night in the store. When I finally got someone on the phone after 3 hours, she was rude and nonchalant. I consider Target a more sophisticated store but I guess not. Their service is like the blue store.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in to get some clothes, absolutely nothing was in my size. I wear a Medium so let's not go there. I am well aware the world doesn't revolve around me, so I know that is no reason to give a store 1 star. After checking out, I'd realized I'd left my keys in the buggy. I spoke with 3 employees and literally none wanted to help me. I spoke to 2 employees at the customer service desk, and 1 self check out worker. All said there was nothing they could do to help. Of course I didn't expect them to go search the store for them. But at least make an intercom announcement, take my name and number, something. Anything but look at me like I was crazy. Thank God an employee finally helped after 10 minutes.

Ran in for a few things. Love my Target debit card, saves some money. There is a large variety of products in every department. Prices are reasonable and clothes are well made. The renovations are nice. The employees are friendly.

Pray you don’t need to call them because they will literally NEVER pick up the phone. Every department, even the optometrist and pharmacy. Target has a million employees walking around and NO ONE hears the phone?

Coming from Florida, where Target is everywhere, I love shopping in Target. I can trust Target to have good prices and it's always a pleasure to shop where it's clean and staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous. The prices are fair and quality is very good.

Most ppl there are cool but few other told me I can't sit in the parking Lott was told they I can't walk around and look because I look suspicious when all I'm doing is looking around waiting for my love to get off work all around nice place but complete idiots work there except a few and there the only ones that I rock with cause there cool

The worker MaryAnn is absolutely amazing. I will 100% start shopping online at target. It’s her smile and how sweet she is that makes me want to come back. I’m sure the other workers are great as well but I had an amazing experience with this worker and I want to Thank her from the bottom of my heart. I know she loves her job because you can tell. And they say, “When you love what you do, it’s NOT a job. Thank you MaryAnn for being so kind, sweet, and amazing.

Terrible pickup employees. Always missing items from order (12 items in last order) and the store just hangs up on you no matter what department you try to contact. This location has gone down the drain. Don't waste your time here!!

As Targets go, this one is not quite up to par. They're always out if something I need (notably Ever Spring daily shower cleaner, which I LOVE, and they're always either out or I buy the last one).This time, the only registers that appeared to be open were the self-checks. I went to the self-check and was buying alcohol, and it said an associate would be coming over to help me and turned on the blinking light. I saw one associate wandering around not looking at the registers, and two more standing at registers that appeared to be closed, chatting with each other and on their phones, completely ignoring customers. After a few minutes I raised my hand and caught the eye of one and finally got her to come over. She needed help from someone else to handle it, and then they both just walked away without a word, leaving my alcohol sitting on the scanner. I had to ask them if they were done and I could put it in my bag. With the starting pay at Target being more than 50% above the minimum wage in my area, I would expect a higher quality of service from their employees than what I received at this store.

the hot ticket item I was looking for was there. The person pick up crew was friendly even though they had a lot of orders to be delivered to the cars. they acknowledged everyone in the pick up slots and fast paced. Greeted me with a smile and verified my order and number pick up.

Thoroughly enjoyed this location. It offered a wide variety of items not available in my area. The employees were working hard stocking and organizing merchandise; even the managers were on the floor giving instruction and assisting. I look forward to visiting again.

There were 0 registers open and 0 cashiers. Self checkout was the only option. I can shop online if I want to check myself out. I try to support the brick and mortar stores so people can have jobs, but I will not shop there if there are no cashiers. I am not a Target employee and do not wish to perform employee duties.

I recently went into target to pick up a mask for work. Nothing fancy, just a black mask. I was looking for a single cloth type but any one would do because I was rushed to get to my job..there were NO singles and the 4 pack they did have were entirely too pricey ...$22.08.!!!!!!!$$$????? Seriously they were paper type masks and if there had been ANY alternative that wouldn't make me late for work I certainly would have done ANY THING ELSE. They never have but one clerk to run the checkout and I am just overall displeased with the attitudes of some workers. Sorry target I love the actual store but some things def need to be looked at.

Placed an online order in time for college check in. They were able to help us with adding an appliance to take that day (that was being shipped and in route), since they can’t cancel orders in route, we decided to just buy and return the other item when it arrived. It was a win-win. Employees were helpful. One item was missing from our online order

Well stocked and best prices. Staff friendly and helpful. Professional and Courteous cashiers and Team members. Great for Frozen foods and beverages too. Coupons are accepted and shipping to store is an option. Most products available in multiple styles colors and patterns. Pharmacy is fast and very affordable as well...

I dislike this target. The last 3 times I have gone I’ve had bad experiences. The wait time at the pharmacy is long. Also the $5 off coupon if you spend $20 should really say $25 because they don’t take into account pre-taxes. They have charged me extra on items that were on sale. Walmart is far superior and cheaper in every way.

Customer Service can be a little tough at times but I'm sure they are doing their best in this pandemic!They always have a good variety of things from clothes, to baby items, to children's clothes, & party supplies to choose from.
