Great location with a huge variety of beautiful, healthy plants as well as anything else you may need for gardening or patio! The customer service couldn't have been any better - very knowledgable and helpful. I was also very pleased with the affordable prices; worth the drive!

The garden mart has everything you could want. Outdoor plants like trees and other shrubbery are beginning to come in. My only issue with this place is their pricing is high. Half-dead, dormant plants overwintered in greenhouse still had pricing for full, healthy plants. For a fee "must have" items I will return for, but other local places have much better pricing.

Rude staff, limited house plant selection, and what plants they do have are half dead and way over priced. Your better off driving to Shreveport and hitting a few ACTUAL nursery’s.

Easily accessible right off the highway if you’re headed towards Sterlington with plenty of parking spaces. A beautiful selection of outdoor furniture, planters, fertilizers, garden tools, fountains, gigantic pots for businesses, garden ornaments and all of the bells and whistles you could imagine for one’s outdoor sanctuary. Healthy plants abound throughout this nursery. There’s a clearance table located at the back of the store. The prices aren’t cheap but it’s where I go to treat myself to a new beautiful plant.

I paid $800 for a tree I bought from them and they gave me no guarantee that it would survive and my tree died after planting and they said they are not responsible for that. It was a terrible experience

Prices are a bit high. One of the workers (tall, older white man) walked and talked with me for over five minutes regarding the type of bedding I needed and I bought what he suggested only to come home and see that it was NOT what I was asking for. I trusted him and didn’t read the label on the item before purchasing.

Good selection of plants. Some in bad health though. Nice and spacious store with lots of outdoor items. Main drawback was showing their political opinions in the store. That may push some customers away.

I’ve never had a positive experience when visiting this location. You have to ask for help, they treat you like you’re bothering them, and maybe I was, but I was also trying to spend my money with them. I bought propane and the man wouldn’t even sit the full bottle inside the car for me. Maybe it has something to do with COVID-19, but shouldn’t he have explained himself to me so I wouldn’t think he was just lazy? I won’t ever go back. You should hold your employees to a very high standard of customer service, after all, it’s people like me who pay their salary!

First experience was when I called store and woman put me on hold over 5 minutes. Then I was disconnected. An hour or so later she called me back and said I hung up on her. I explained I had not. Just disconnect somehow. She argued that. Then today I called and same person answered.I inquired about plant varieties they carried and seemed I bothered her. I’m over Panzicos. There are several plant nurseries in Monroe that would appreciate my dollars.

We have been to Sonny’s about 5 times in the last two months. Very helpful Staff. We have had lots of compliments from our new neighbors about our landscaping in the front area of our yard. It’s our “Go To” place and the Customer Service is outstanding.

I called to get the correct price on a table and chairs. A guy working there gave me 1 price. I called back. A lady ranted and raved about the price she gave me. She never allowed me to say a word. Long story short. I was a customer.

I could stay in this place all day and spend all my money very quickly. It’s so nice and neat and huge! The selection is amazing, some plants I’ve been looking for for a while. Their prices are amazing too. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I gave them one star because I can't give them none! I am handicap and use a wheelchair. The day we went they had all of the handicap parking filled with merchandise. When we started our concerns, we we're given an excuse that they had just got a truck in. The man running the place didn't give a damn about it or that he had inconvenienced one of his customers! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO Sonny Panzico's AND SUGGEST GOING ELSEWHERE TO ANYONE ELSE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

From my experience they have a good selection of plants, gardening products,pesticides,and other outdoor products.plants are kept healthy and seem to grow well in Louisiana soil.staff are helpful if you need to find something specific.nice chicken coops too.
