The staff at this Sonic location are definitely unfriendly, and pretty downright rude!!! I had to repeat a question through the speaker as I thought they didn’t hear me. Then the employee “yelled” back the answer as if I was disturbing her. When the carhop brought my order, I thanked her and tipped her over 18%, without her saying one word!! That’s right….no thank you, appreciate you, come back and see us, etc.The owner or manager needs to counsel their staff on manners, respect, decency, etc. This Sonic location already has a poor review score, and if management doesn’t correct this problem, I can foresee major business problems in the near future!!

So slow at the drive thru! You could barely understand the lady taking the order and what you could understand was completely rude! She acted like we was a bother to her..🙄..Food was good though…when we finally got it!

I normally don’t do reviews but after tonight I feel like I have to. I love going to this sonic and every time I go I always seem to get the same server. I’m not really sure of his name I’m not sure if it’s Tobias or what. This young gentleman is always so kind to me, generous, and patient when I’m ordering. I don’t ever feel rushed off the microphone. I literally pass the sonic by my house to go to this one. The customer service is amazing. The workers are amazing. I highly recommend this Sonic compared to the other ones.

This place used to be good, but they don't train their new employees at all.Took 6 minutes to place an order for a drink and a shake, 8 minutes to make, and finally on top of the shake filling a third of the cup and being unblended, I don't even get the drink until I ask 3 times for it, to which he hands me the drink he made 10min ago in a broken cup that exploded in my car. Go figure.I'd literally rather drive to Sterlington than go here again.

This is the sorriest location in town. For the past couple times no one didn't answer me. The first time I went through the drive thru and waited 5 minutes and said "hello" no one answered and then waited a few more minutes and no one still answered so I left. The second time I went to one of their stalls and hit the button and waited at least 5 minutes and no one answered me and the person who was next to me hit their button after I hit mine and that other person got answered immediately so I just left again. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone after this experience.

My experience with this Sonic. I did a call ahead and came within 10 minutes. No one was in the parking lot when I made it. It took 25 minutes after I made it and selected my stall number. Then 3 vehicles pulled in and waited 10 minutes. Then they called to see how long it was going to take. The woman for a attitude. Then the vehicles drove off. More vehicles pulled in and got there order before I did. I ordered 2 hotdogs and 2 large drinks. I will not be coming back to this one at all. Poor customer service. Chilli was no fit to be eaten. Then the carhop didn’t bring the drinks with my order and stayed in the 10 minutes before she came back with the food!

Let it be known that Kizzy is an excellent team member of Sonic. She was dynamic. If I was an owner of a business or restaurant, I would want this lady to work for me. Her team spirit was amazing. She took our order in a wonderful professional manner but with a wonderful hospitality. She made this Sonic shine by her spirit and kindness. She made our simple dining experience as classy as any high end dining restaurant.

Had a bad experience. Ordered in the app. They didnt bring part of the order then were kinda rude when i asked for the missing toaster. Then they brought me possibly the worst toaster ive ever had. Bad start to our familys vacation day.

The absolute slowest I've ever gotten just 2 rte 44 drinks from any sonic ever. Do yourself a favor and don't stop here, or you will wait forever! It shouldn't take 18 minutes to get 2 drinks, while workers inside are just playing on their phones.

SO RUDE!!! Put coke in iced vanilla coffee.Order taker acted like she couldn't hear my order. SONIC is usually cordial and get the order right. Not this place.

So far it hasn't been too bad of an experience. I like the one further down 165 South they are more polite a little dense at times but polite. The others act like there doing you a favor by working wow customer service people.

The order was wrong and I had to repeat the order several times. Ordered Cheddar peppers and when I got home and looked in the bag there were cheesesticks. I will not go there again.

We ate here today and I must say it was the BEST Sonic we have had in forever. Our food was hot, fresh, and our order was correct! Excellent and quick customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered a #1 with a Sprite and tots. Not difficult, right? The lady who took my order spoke over me before I could even get it out to her asking other questions. I put in my order and waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes. When I *finally* got to the window, she asked if I had a BLT. I told her, "No, I had a #1" and the same woman who took my order said, "Well I don't have your order." She acted as if I had done something wrong. Instead of getting it, she cocked her hip and told me that they didn't have it. No apologies, no, "oh let me get that for you." Just arrogance. I will NEVER come to this location and I will tell all of my family/friends to avoid this Sonic.

This is one of the nicer Sonic's in NELA. What really sets it apart - aside from it being newer & very well kept- is the staff. Somehow they have managed to hire some super efficient, friendly, competant people! This is our favorite Sonic.The drinks always have a decent ratio of ice to beverage & the food never looks thrown together. All the desserts we have ordered have come out looking like the pictures, which is not an easy feat in the summer here!

After an exhausting day in the heat, I decided to stop by to purchase a slush. To my surprise, I remove the top only to find that my slush contained a roach. I am sure you can understand my disgust and disappointment. This message is not to gain a refund or a replacement but to enlighten you of very poor housekeeping at your store. Sanitation is important and should not be taken lightly. Please use this as a learning and training experience for your employees at this location and all other locations.

My food was out immediately and it was hot and fresh the way it's supposed to be unlike the sonic in crossett Ar. I ordered a #1 with a strawberry cream slush and it was outstanding!
