They gave my food to the wrong person. We waited 15 minutes before getting our correct order. And then when we did get it our food tasted like it's been sitting there. It was hot or no fresh tasted to it at all.

I've had a problem with this location before but the last time I went I tried to use a coupon for a 99 cent large drink. They handed these out & they were going to expire on the 14th. The guy didnt really know how to add the coupon. He then talked his his manager, some lady, and they didn't know the mic was still on. She proceeded to tell him don't give me the coupon but make me pay the happy hour price. For no reason. I just left and I haven't been back since.

Just went around 9 pm for ice cream, and they told us the ice cream machine wasn’t working okay cool but then said hold on. When we got the ice cream it was watery. They could of refunded us. The light skin girl at the window with long braids should NEVER work at anywhere near people again. That girl was beyond rude, acting like us coming there was a inconvenience to her. Don’t work fast food if you have a attitude. We kept saying thank you and being friendly nothing from her but attitude. Smh kids shouldn’t work fast food. Never will come back again.

I would highly not recommend this location to anyone. My sister went to this Sonic on 1/20/2023 around 7:25 AM. She wanted to use some cash on hand before using her card. The older African-American gentleman laughed in her face and said that they could not do this. Having worked in the restaurant business in the past, this is always something you can do. He clearly showed he did not want to make this acceptation. She then later asked him to just take one of her items off of her order, and he then continued to be even more rude and laugh. This location clearly seems to not value their customers, or either it was this specific employee. I will be calling and talking to management to address this. Not professional at all.Update; I tried calling this location and asked for management. The man on the phone quickly hung the phone up and when I called back it went straight to voicemail. I’m not sure if he turned off the phone for this location. Really rude again.

Placed an order for what I thought was a adult chicken sand-mich. It was a kids sandwich when I got home. My mistake but man a fried hard chicken pattie! A extra bottom bun was added and I couldn't exchange it for the big chicken sandwich.Although the manager did insist that I come back the next day to receive another sand-mich, my appetite for a chicken sand-mich had end. Lol

The food is good when you got people who love there job . Want see you come back . It's ashame you got to see if food cooked right . Sometimes food cold when you get . Sometimes food is prepared great . Just do not know why you got pick and chose when go ant restaurant. It's my money . I want food fresh . I paid for it . I wish they stop thinking anything do when they want do there job . They wonder why people go other restaurants eat . Sonics been around a long time . The Sonics in Ruston,Jonesboro I have lived in those cities never once came into ruin food that wouldn't give to your dog . The atmosphere very friendly very warm . I love eating out . Just have know when go Sonics .

Went for half price burger night.Staff was nice. Food was hot and my order was correct. Wish that corporate would have more coupons on the website. Think they may have a new cook cause food has been excellent lately.Would like it if they would fix the internet access at the store. Sometimes you have to drive to the bank down the street to order happy hour drinks on the app.

Horrible service, not that length of time in which we were asked to be helped after pulling into and pushing button to order. No it was that we hit call button twicemore to add to our order and we were responded to a few minutes passed when a young man w sonic shirt was walking by us to the convent store next door and tells us the booths were closed. It was approx 9:45 when we placed the order and approx 10:15 when we were told we'd have to use the drive thru because there wasn't an order being prepared for us. Needless to say there was no kind of service. We ask for a milk shake and was told there were none available because the ice cream wasn't frozen lmmfao, milk shakes aren't frozen.

Sonic has been my favorite forever. Best drinks. Food is hot. Nicest people. 1 major problem....They Will Not give you your change back unless you ask for it. It's my money right....I decide who gets it. That's bad. I use to go almost everyday now maybe once a month. They will keep the Bill's also. Be careful people!!!

I love Sonic. I have not been to one that wasn't satisfactory, including this one. I uaed the app. to order ahead and I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. I think employees could smile once in a while but I'm gonna chalk that up to how so freaking humid is in Louisiana. They stay busy and don't seem to miss a beat. Thanks Sonic! Everything was great!+

We just left sonic. My husband ordered drink on line. So it's paid for. He checked in. Never could get anyone to bring drink.He left Mad. Two people are inside. It appears only thectongo window is getting service. You have our money but we don't have drink. This is one of the worst sonics for service.

Stopped to grab a bite to eat. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with cheese. The food was fresh & got, the service was decent & fast. The only issue is the touch screen display didn't work in the stall I was parked in so the carhop had to take my card inside to swipe because I was unable to choose my payment type.

I usually do my best to avoid lunch-rush @ any restaurant but, I whipped in here & placed my order @ 12:14 p.m. My order was delivered to me @ my truck within 10 minutes. For the time of day, that was quick service. The food was hot & the car-hop was very cordial & greeted me with a big smile.The location of this particular Sonic can make it quite a chore to get out of the parking lot @ times. As a matter of fact, it's probably going to prove a bit difficult today but, I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.

This location is slow and unprofessional. Someone took my order and just quit speaking... I did not know if they had my order, I just sat there. Finally, my 6 yr old said we should just drive around... 10 min later when I got to the window they did have my order, but could not take 5.00 off of the SONIC GIFT CARD I had and asked if I had cash... really!?? There was not thank you, no I'm sorry, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. For great customer service, good food, and prompt service PLEASE VISIT Sonic on 520 Lincoln Rd Lot 1, Monroe, LA 71203. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Location was very busy, but what can you expect at 7:45 on a weekday morning right by the college. I ordered from the app before I got there, and it took longer than usual to get my food but I wasn't upset considering how busy they were. The carhop that I had was very friendly. Food was correct, hot, and very tasty.
